We were in the area and looking for a late lunch spot. My wife found Spread Kitchen on the map and we were glad we found it. The staff was warm and welcoming. We sat inside since it was a bit chilly, but the patio looked inviting. We had baba ganoush, brussel sprouts and a lamb lavash wrap. This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants around! They have three meat options offered ala cart as well but the real stars of the show are vegetarian. We loved all four dipping sauces. The whipped sheep's feta with beets was especially creative. We also enjoyed the Kale Goddess salad, the dolmas, and the lamb kofta. They have yummy desserts as well! We had the brownie and the baklava. It is a small place that seats about 16 inside and a few more outside. The staff is very friendly and treat you like guests in their own home. Everything is so perfect, I cannot thinking about anything has gap. I order the Kale salad with Lamb Kofta. Every ingredient in the salad is so fresh and something that I never had before, except kale. The lamb is grilled at the perfect level, it is fully cooked but when you bite it, still so juicy and soft. And you all have to try the dips. Personally I like the red pepper one the most. Anyway, in general Mideast food is like the food never goes wrong, but sometime grilled food can be dry, but not at this place. Every bite can surprise you. I really enjoyed the place. read more

Great food, but the dining experience left a bitter taste in our mouths. We went here to celebrate a birthday. The food was great, and we all loved everything we ordered! Unfortunately, after dessert, we were asked to leave because another group was waiting for an indoor table. We weren't even finished with our tea! One of us was offered, a "to go" cup to ease us out the door. It's important to note that there were other tables with people who were there before us who had finished their meals and were just sitting there and talking. We left as soon as we were asked, feeling a little disappointed and a little less happy, which was kind of sad because it was a birthday lunch. We love Spread. I was kinda bummed when she left Napa for Sonoma. Although I'm happy for her it's a bummer for me :) I did realize recently they deliver to Napa, through Door Dash. It is cheaper to order from the Spread website rather than through DoorDash, at least for delivery to Napa. The only downfall in doing that is there is no way to leave a note for the driver, like DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL! Anywho, we love the turmeric chicken, the beef strips, and the kale salad. The spreads and sauces are delicious too. We order protein by single serving but if I ever make it there for a sit down lunch, I'd try a wrap. The space itself is cute. Genuinely kind service. I ordered the five dip spread, and it came with an amazing punch of flavor! They paired great with soy- and gluten-free pita, which came warm. So glad I tried this place! Parking is tricky as you cannot on the street in front. However, there is a little side street steps from the restaurant and on the same side that you turn into for parking. What an absolute gem! Came here based off a word-of-mouth recommendation and it did not disappoint. We ordered the pita hummus plate (see pic), the falafel rice combo plate, chicken and beef skewers. The variety of spreads, pickled veggies, and meats made each bite interesting and filling. We finished the meal with the rice pudding, baklava, and brownie (see pics) . Each were solid, but no need to get all three. A few of us got the orange blossom lemonade, which was unique and refreshing.The servers were welcoming and attentive, I appreciate the light banter between plates. Wow! The food was amazing. The creativity in how food was put together was amazing. Eg. I'm not a big fan of tabbouleh. I've had it too many times and it is either to sour or too much parsley. So when it can on the side of my bowl. Meh.... Well I was wrong I took one bite and there were small apple chunks sweetening it. So good. For dessert we had a vegan rice pudding. My wife was ecstatic to have rice pudding that was dairy free. Amazing that they could even do that. But then they put roasted almonds and small wedges of blood orange on it. Wow. I have no problem giving 5 stars with the taste, attention and the love they put in their food!!!! It may seem Insignificant when you first arrive at the restaurant. Because how the restaurant is located on the side of the road, the parking is a little bit tricky. There's a small parking lot one door down from the restaurant. The service is friendly and attentive. When you walk into the restaurant, you see the cashier counter right away. There are 4 tables in the dining option. There is also a huge backyard /patio dining space you can get to by walking pass the indoor dining room. We don't want to deal with the flies so we chose to stay inside, the backyard looks very nice though. Now, comes the food. OMG!!!! Everything I order is wonderful and tasty. I can taste the real food and the love! Seriously! For the dishes we ordered: -Dip plates. We chose 4 dips (hummus, baba ganoush, Muhammara and whipped feta & beet). I especially liked muhammara which has roasted red pepper, walnuts and other good stuff. I liked it's chunky with walnuts, breadcrums. - Kale salad with choice of protein (chicken). Usually I hate creamy/overloaded salad dressing in my salad but this one I don't mind the dressing at all! The dressing is Tahiti green goddess with capers and herbs. Definitely get this one! - Grain bowl with choice of protein (beef). This one is also very good. They added small chunks of apples and Cucumbers in there and it's so refreshing! I also love the thin pita chips with my kale salad. It's so tasty I bought a bag from them. Their falafel is great. No overly cooked or greasy. It's soft and fluffy. Quaint and unassuming place with delicious food and friendly service. The dining room is quite small only a handful of tables, but there is a patio . We ordered soup, dip trio and small falafel wrap with fries. All items were fantastic. The dips were a perfect starter and came with pita, pickled vegetables and olives. The portion was pretty good. The vegetarian soups were velvety without being loaded with cream which was refreshing. We tried carrot ginger as well as broccoli , celery & dill. Soup hit the spot on this cold rainy day. The falafel wrap was just the right ratio of lavash to filling, and falafel wasn't spread out vs clumped into one side. The tahini sauce was very tasty , and just right amount as it didn't make the wrap soggy by the time I got to the last bite. The pickles inside were just right hit of acid and not overpowering. I came here today for my birthday lunch and ordered two appetizers, the baba ghanoush dip with crudite and pickles, roasted brussel sprouts with tahini sauce, two lamb kofta grain bowls, and then ordered the chicken and four falafels to go. First off, the restaurant is a hole in the wall. I chose this location because of the good reviews and what looked like good food. The food was high quality and very flavorful. We particularly loved the brussel sprouts and the first one tasted like french fries to me! You get two lamb koftas for the grain bowl and the koftas were juicy and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. Since the restaurant itself is super small, we had lunch inside the patio. The patio was clean but definitely needed more landscaping and plants to make it feel nicer. Currently as is, it felt little like a place in jail where you rest (I've never been in jail) because of the ground made of rocks and cold institutional feel. Prices are a bit steep as lunch was over 70 dollars for two people. The neighborhood has trailer homes, lots of traffic and a Mexican ice cream shop across the street which we went to afterwards for sweets. read more

Inside and outside seating - they were nice enough to give most outside tables their own small heater, which made sitting outside in the Winter comfortable. I like the food here, with very tasty and different flavors - Overall nice quality from what I have tried, and I like the staff. Nice patio out back too. I got the lamb wrap last time. I found it very tasty, but with a very minimal amount of meat. I had about four or five bites that had meat in it and the rest just cabbage filling. I was so surprised that I opened up the wrap just to check if I was missing something. I ordered the local style version for an extra two dollars, but it had no impact. I know food costs are high, but so are the prices here, which have gone up. They should put more meat in these wraps so they're more than just a snack. I bought a beer in this wrap for $25. When I left, I was still kind of hungry. I don't feel like I got a very good value for $25. I was told that if I got one of the bowls for 25 or so dollars then I would've had enough. But then you're basically spending $35-$40 there after tax and tip. For that you can get a pretty good dinner at most restaurants in town, and not an order-at-the-counter experience. Food for thought. I think you need to be very careful about what you order here if you're hungry or on a budget. I remember when Middle Eastern food was very cheap, think Pita, hummus, baba ganoush. It's good but it sure isn't cheap at all anymore, very pricey actually. I'd probably go here a lot more if it was a little cheaper, but my budget won't allow it. read more

Then the maza was ambrosial along with the varietal pickled vegetables , which were both tasty and beautiful. The sauces were just as amazing and went quite well with everything, gave us ample amount. The lamb, beef, and the wraps were so good and well seasoned, which went quite nice with the maza.
