Innovative, fun kitchen eatery featuring many vegetarian alternative options. From banh mi sandwiches, to bowls, to soup and ceviche there is enough for everyone. I tried the tofu bowl and vegetarian sandwich - both were extremely saucy and flavorful. The tofu bowl came with many pickled vegetables that felt like treasures to find. The sandwich was filling and held its weight. Love the kind staff here as well.

I ate here once and thought the place had some appeal, with fresh interesting food. I got a sandwich to go, for $16. It was a chicken sandwich, pretty tasty but with a dry bun. I don't see thinking this a good deal until that sandwich is $8. I went by today, but opted out when I realized that even a modest lunch there with a drink will be like $30-35. I'd rather go to the Swiss Hotel for lunch for around the same price as this to-go experience, and young people can't afford it at all. It's a carry out! You guys are too expensive to ever catch on as a lunch place in this town. You need a better lunch offering that average people can afford. Soup wont cut it without affordable sandwiches. $20 is too much for an average size sandwich.

We've always loved Allikai's sandwiches so we decided to try other dishes for a catered lunch that we picked up. All I can say is we've introduced eight other folks to Allikai that cannot wait to have another meal prepared by them. The charcuterie board was not only the prettiest one we've ever seen but it was absolutely delicious. Same with their signature potato salad and shitake ceviche (both unique and outstanding). Of course we also had to have their sandwiches - either the veggie or the butifarra. Our guests were delighted, surprised and very, very full! Allikai is a "must" choice of food in our city of Sonoma!

Amazing food here! Brought my dad, who was visiting from out of town, neither of us have had Peruvian style food before so this was a first! My dad ordered the special, Allikai BLT & I ordered a rice bowl & added pork belly. We were both left speechless by how good the food was so much flavor! Service is friendly & it's cool that you can see into the kitchen as they're prepping your food. The inside is very clean & fresh unfortunately they are unable to seat anyone inside for dine in but they have a cute picnic table outside where you can enjoy your food. Definitely a must try!

In town for work and this place seemed perfect for a quick bite. Young guy greeted me and offered to answer questions regarding the menu. I went with the popular Butifarra sandwich and it was sooo good. Only downside, no restrooms. Was able to enjoy their picnic area outside.

Don't let this place fool you. Stop and go in. I was taken aback when I entered as it didn't seem like a typical eatery. However, the staff present greeted us right away and answered all my questions regarding what they offered there. They were very pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I ordered the Butifarra Sandwich and it was spectacular! Everything about that sandwich was perfection. Buen provecho!

Delicious sandwiches. Such fresh bread! This is our second time with takeout from Allikai and both times exceeded our expectations!

I wanted to try a new local place with my mom and some of the other places that came well recommended were closed on Tuesday so luckily for us Allikai was open. We were greeted by the staff on arrival and guided through the choices. I got a mortadella sandwich and my mom got a bowl of rice and veggies. Everything tasted amazing, and tasted super fresh. My sandwich was perfect, the bread was beyond the quality I'm used to getting, and the combo of sandwich ingredients were perfectly balanced. Ingredients in my mom's rice and veggies with miso sauce, as well as my sandwich included fermented items which added a unique and healthy dimension to our meal. We also tried the gluten free banana cake, which was moist and delicious. I would highly recommend this place. The prices are fair for the quality, service was lovely and quick, and it's very conveniently located in the midst of some of the most popular businesses in Sonoma. This restaurant is a great option for anyone looking to eat healthy Peruvian cuisine, locally. Thanks Allikai!

The Girl & The Fig - Pan-seared scallops

We had the Spring Tartine. It was amazing. Then we had the steak & frites. Cooked to perfection…read more And the taste of the meat was perfect. The fries (aka French fries) were crispy and perfectly salted. Lucky for us we live down the street and will continue to be regulars!

My goto dinner spot in Sonoma…read more I actually have been here multiple times and I don't know what has taken me so long to post a review but the Girl and the Fig is definitely the truth. When you enter you'll notice a more homey decor to the place. Warm colors all around and even warmer service once you sit down. Every single experience Ive had here is been nothing less of 110%. Theres always this good balance professionalism with lightheartedness that pair so well for the atmosphere. Because at its core this restaurant is high scale. It definitely has that higher scale vibe but if never comes off as pretentious though. This particular I took my wifey here for our 10th year anniversary together. And we were greeting by a nice little card from the "Fig Family." We ended up trying the Seared Halloumi and I was shocked at how much I liked it. Very light flavors but still enough variety with the crispy spigarello and pine nuts to keep things fun. The lemon never feels too overwhelming. For mains my wife got the Mushroom RisottoI think? Or maybe it was Butternut Squash Risotto? I got the Fig Burger and both were amazing. The only reason I didn't get her Risotto was simply because I already had it at lunch time, but that still didn't stop me from taking a bite. Each rice like grain had a perfect chew and flavor to each bite. Even being the picky person that I am with veggies, I appreciated the veggies addition to the dish. I still think though that the sure winner was my Fig Burger. This burger is everything we wish our local breweries burger was. A harmonic balance between salty and sweet. Im down to get a little crazy with burgers but if it's too sweet, it kinda loses the appeal for me. It takes away too much from the burgers roots. So yea. Go here. Make reservations too. I know for myself I made mine about a month in advance so it's hard to say how hard it is to get a table here. But hopefully it's not too bad. Parking by the way is just street parking. Despite that Ive always been able to get a park on W Spain St right before I pull up to the restaurant. OH! And thanks again Girl and the Fig family! You made the end to our anniversary quite magical!
