    Carne asada burrito

There is a reason why this place has won best sandwich in Sonoma for the last ten years. We are tourists, we came here TWICE for lunch but I wouldn't have minded if we also came for breakfast and dinner hahahaha. You go all the way back to the deli, grab a paper and pen and fill out the sheet on how you want your sandwich. Then place it on the counter and they stick it in line. Sandwiches take a few minutes especially if you want it hot or toasted. If you want a burrito or some special not on the paper, just announce it to them and they'll make a paper and put it in line. They put a ton of meat of the sandwiches. We were very pleased. I went with the cucumber which was 0.50 extra so my sandwich was $15.99. My husband got the pesto which is also an extra charge. They forgot the pesto but we took the sandwich to go, so we didn't realize that. The next time we got lunch, I had the burrito and it needed salsa or hot sauce. Luckily, we ate outside in the covered seating area and I was able to go back in to get hot sauce AND the pesto sauce they forgot a second time. What is it about the pesto that they forget? They offered to remake the sando but I said no just gimme a side. Apparently there is hot sauce by the microwave FYI. The store has all kinds of drinks and snacks. We grabbed two small bags of chips. They also have premade meals for lunch dinner and even breakfast. Everything looked so good. If I lived there, I would shop all the time. They have a butcher shop as well. There is a small bathroom around the back for customers. And a sink in the covered eating area to wash your hands. Parking is along the street or their little lot. Check this place out. It's not fancy. But is sure is good.

A great place for lunch or snack on the way between Sonoma County and Napa! It offers A WIDE VARIETY of items! It is a market, beer & wine grocer, deli, candy counter, and Convienence Store all in one! Helpful and friendly staff. Super wide variety of drinks and chips. Excellent quality sandwiches! Wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches. Reasonably priced. Convienent location. Great ambiance!

Nice "mom and pop" market with an almost hidden deli in the back. The offers traditional sandos and Mexican fare. My pastrami on Dutch Crunch was hearty/filling and cost me ~$12! I ordered mines hot so the breach itself was crunchy on the outside, etc. Will I be back if I happen to be in the area? Need you ask?

Fantastic market. Almost amazing all they cram into the four walls. Wine, liquor, drinks, prepared foods, and groceries. You can pickup ready made sandwiches or custom order your own. Choose from 12 breads, 26 meats, 8 cheeses, and 20 condiments. We ordered pastrami and corned beef 4/5 and turkey 4/5. Both on DUTCH CRUNCH ROLL 2/5 (despite positive reviews, we didn't care for it). Fruit salad 5/5. Breakfast burritos bacon, egg, cheese 3/5, chorizo, cheese, egg 4/5, and sausage, egg, cheese 5/5. Super friendly staff.

My family has loved Broadway Market for over 60 years. My mom grew up in Sonoma and we visited my Nonna every weekend and had to stop in to get a sandwich every visit, and we still do today every time we go to visit family! The market is family owned and cozy, it's a good size with a great selection, and the staff are always super friendly. You must stop by to browse their deli and wine selections and buy extras to take home!

The premade sandwiches used to be a staple. You could grab them and go. Not only has the price doubled but the amount of meat has shrunk. The Mayo is non-existent, you cannot eat them without adding your own. It's one thing to raise the price, but to raise the price and reduce the quality is just being greedy. Boo to the new owners. I doubt you will get best sandwich in sonoma this year. Saving grace, The staff continues to be wonderful.

    Turkey, salami and Swiss sandwich!

This is an old fashion deli gussied up for Sonoma. It gets busy but everyone working here is attentive and even nice. There's a ton of interesting cheeses (duh) and pasties (yum) but I come here for the coffee and Butcherman sandwiches. You can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches which are large enough to split if you aren't a big eater. Cubano: not traditional but delicious. Ham AND pork sausage. Jack cheese and avocado. Mortadella: with pesto and burrata. Another delicious break with tradition. Even the Arnold palmer (ice tea and lemonade) is good. There are seats in the back and a few outside but I like the counter in the front window. Enjoy your food and watch the world walk by.

Years ago, this was our go-to stop in Sonoma for wine and cheese tastings, incredible sandwiches, BBQ, and browsing a lively marketplace. It always felt busy and full of energy. This visit was a completely different experience. The store felt sparse, the cheese selection was much smaller than we remembered, there were no cheese samples, and we couldn't find their own branded cheeses that we used to love. We stopped in to grab lunch on our way home. The sandwich menu is now limited, and you can no longer build your own. We ordered two sandwiches, and while they were decent, they didn't justify the high price. There is still both indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice, but the overall experience felt like a shadow of what made this place so special. I really miss the vibrant marketplace where people gathered to sample cheeses, pick up lunch, and enjoy everything Sonoma had to offer. Sadly, we won't be returning. With so many outstanding places to eat around Sonoma, this no longer stands out and, in our opinion, has gone downhill.

The daily special was a Caprese sandwich, and that's what found its way to my table. At first glance, the presentation was rather understated and didn't quite create that immediate "I can't wait to dig in" moment. Fortunately, the flavor told a better story. Fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, fragrant basil, balsamic glaze, and quality olive oil came together on fresh bread to create a classic Italian combination. At the staff's recommendation, I ordered it toasted. The melted mozzarella was rich and satisfying, but if I were ordering it again, I'd choose it cold. A Caprese is at its best when not hot and the tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella remain bright, fresh, and distinct, allowing each ingredient to shine on its own. While the sandwich was enjoyable, it wasn't one that I'll be thinking about days later. What truly caught my eye were the steady stream of beautifully crafted tri-tip sandwiches making their way to neighboring tables. Judging by the smiles around the dining room, those appear to be the deli's signature offering, and they'll definitely be my choice on the next visit. The restaurant itself is comfortable and inviting, offering plenty of seating out front, along the side patio, and in a cozy tucked-away nook in the back. It's an easy stop on your way into Sonoma, perfect for a relaxed lunch without the crowds and a lot of options to eat & drink. Not every meal has to be unforgettable to be worthwhile. Sometimes you simply want good ingredients, friendly service, and an easy place to recharge before continuing your journey. This deli delivers exactly that. And who knows, the next time I stop in, that tri-tip sandwich just might be the star of the show.
