[[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is so cute and trendy![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We did not have to wait very long for a seat, and they have a lot of seating outside. We ordered a bunch of things, and I got to try the asparagus scramble and the strawberry waffle. The waffle was really tasty if you are looking for something sweet. The scramble was pretty good as well, but it was a little liquidy from the asparagus cooking in. The only thing I might change is the amount of butter on the toast. I love butter, but there was a LOT of butter! My friends also seem to really enjoy the strawberry matcha, and said that it was more on the sour strawberry side.

Stopped by for the first time and ordered to go. Staff was nice but waiting area is awkward - you'll have to wait in the front of the cafe. Coffee was good but would've liked a bit more coffee than milk. Tasty though!

I've been coming to this breakfast cafe for years and it's still so good. It can be a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the quality and service. We came as a party of 2 and ordered a lot, and everything was delicious. The drinks were really good too, the mimosas are a must. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes are giving backyard chilling in the best way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Super sweet spot, just come early because the lines can get long. Definitely worth the wait though.

This caught my eye as a popular, top reviewed breakfast spot in Sonoma, and I'm glad I got to check it out! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant looks small at the front but opens up to a large, cute patio in the back. The patio is covered but feels bright and open, and with the recent cold weather, they had plenty space heaters around.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My boyfriend ordered the Wagyu steak and eggs, and I ordered the biscuit sandwich. My boyfriend's steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, and he loved the crispy, rustic sourdough bread and potatoes on the side. The biscuit was large and fluffy, but was a little too soft for my liking; I also added bacon to the sandwich but it felt a little skimpy and the bacon was excessively fatty / chewy. This wasn't my favorite breakfast, but I also think I made the wrong choice for myself. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My boyfriend's meal and all the other food around us looked delicious, and the ambiance was great, so I think this place is still 4 stars worthy![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We love a spot that uses local farm-fresh ingredients [[HIGHLIGHT]]Gorgeous garden patio dining, flowers in the fountain, a great Spring spot overall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff was so friendly and attentive and I wish we had the stomach to eat more off the menu! But that's alright, just means we have to visit again, right?

Sunflower cafe never disappoints! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is so relaxing and every single person that works here is always welcoming and warm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They started making their own scones and they were to die for!! Best scone I've ever had. I thought the almond croissant was impressive but these scones shot to the top of my list immediately! We had breakfast biscuit sandwich, eggs Benedict, savory jalepeno cheddar scone and sweet caramel cashew scone. My husband got the tiramisu cloud drink and it was amazing: a dessert in itself.

Went here with my friend because its her favorite brunch place! The ambiance is outstanding! Especially outdoors plants, string lights. Heaters and shade add comfort and natural ambiance. I didn't order outside of my comfort zone because I was tracking meals so i got the American breakfast and a lavender latte and a side of almond croissant. Service was fast and friendly! We weren't rushed nor unattended. The food is great but would love try other options next time! I love my coffee as it hits the right spot! Not too sweet but also not too strong! Will definitely go back!

I recently ate here with my mom for Mother's Day, and this is by far one of my favorite brunch spots. Not only are the drinks fantastic, I got the strawberry Matcha, the food is also very fresh & the service is quick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We decided to sit inside because it was a short wait, but had regrets bc the outside garden looks majestic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the salmon Benedict and it was very fresh and tasty. I highly recommend coming to Sunflower Caffe!

This place was absolutely magical! I was hesitant about sitting outside because of how cold it was, but they had plenty of heaters and blankets. Everything looked so pretty and it felt really festive, I loved all the decor. The service was really fast and friendly. The food was delicious, I really loved my waffle. I got a plain latte which was good, but if I go again I'd love to try one if the flavored drinks. There's also plenty of parking around and they had a nice bathroom.

Cute little spot in Sonoma square! They have a cute inside area & adorable outside area with heaters when cold. Service was great! From when we arrived to being seated everyone was super nice & helpful. We started with iced vanilla latte. It was very good and not to sweet. Then I got a bacon pecan waffle it was very tasty and good balance between salty & sweet. Hubby got the grilled chicken avocado grilled cheese. It was definitely shareable and super tasty. Will definetly be back soon.

More like 3.5 Stopped by this area before our wine tasting. Ordered the half sandwich and soup combo. This hit the spot. I have been craving this combo so it was good. The soup was on the sour/acidic side, but paired well the grilled cheese. Grilled cheese was good. Love the sourdough! The salad was not fully dressed.

Tucked right in the heart of Sonoma, Sunflower Caffé feels like a small escape. I ordered the Turkish eggs, avocado toast, fresh OJ, and coffee. Everything was just right, simple and delicious. The outdoor seating is what really makes this place though. Leafy, sunlit, and peaceful enough to make you forget the world outside for a while. It's my go-to spot whenever I'm visiting Sonoma, perfect for a slow breakfast or just to sit and linger with coffee.

Dogs are allowed on the front patio seating! Just not inside or in the back patio.

Is there Yelp wait list? Is it hard to get a table for 2 at noon on a Sunday?

It's rarely an issue to get a table. There are lots available and the food comes out quick. Even for larger parties during busy times is not usually a problem

Hi there! Special we offer is our 32oz Monster Mimosa’s for $29. Choose from 4 flavors; starting with our most popular Lavender Mist, Blackberry, Bellini, and Classic OJ! Thursday-Monday 8am-3pm.

There is parking to the right if you're facing the stand but some parked in front of the cart parallel to the road. The area is cute, and fairly clean for being an outdoor only area. Cup of Love has me genuinely baffled. How does this place pull such glowing reviews? As an espresso…read moreaficionado, I was astounded at how poorly our lattes were made -- this is the first espresso I've ever thrown away. The grind and extraction weren't weighed or timed, resulting in a harsh, burnt shot. But wait. It gets worse. The barista poured the espresso into a plastic‑lined to‑go cup with the milk already inside and then attempted to "froth" the espresso‑milk combo directly in the cup. He jabbed the cup up and down on the steam wand with such ferocity you'd think he was operating a jackhammer to break up concrete. Needless to say, not only was there negative microfoam, but I can't imagine how many billions of nano‑plastics were released into the drink from steaming inside a disposable cup. James Hoffmann probably rolled over in his grave -- and he's not even dead. On the spectrum from cardinal sin to angelic coffee, this was a full‑blown crime against humanity. For a proper latte made by baristas with actual technical skill, head across the street to Equator Coffee.
