Combo C with saffron rice half shirazi and joojeh with salad and shiravi.
Shawnee T.

This hidden gem is a MUST! The food was wonderful. I got the combo A with Chicken Breast with half saffron rice half shirazi. My husband got Joojeh kabob with salad and shiravi. The meat was flavorful and the shiravi was light and tasteful! Of course we got pita bread on the side with Persian tea. The service was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and the ambiance feels like your being welcomed into someone's home. We will be coming back next time we are in the area. Thank you for the great food and wonderful hospitality.

Love how fresh their food here, we went al fresco bec we have a pup with us. Service is quick and food is very good. They have enough space inside. Special shoutout to Mr Avo next door... very nice gentleman!

Takeout chicken joojeh!

Kababbq is solid, satisfying, and it never disappoints (and it's fun to say). After a long day of work I sometimes like to pick up kababbq as a treat on the way home and it's always worth it. Everything I have tried from here is so delicious, but my tried and true is the chicken joojeh plate

Service was quick, food was flavorful ambiance mellow. Not a lot of people even though the waitress said they were packed when we arrived which was a little after 1pm on a Friday First time here, when the check came we were surprised to see a cash side for paying and then a credit side for payment two separate columns with different prices. Almost 5.00 more when paying on a card. So I would suggest bringing cash. Sine they charged us more for using card, I opted to give them 5.00 less on the tip. When we do comeback we are carrying cash. The amount of food is huge just know we walked out with half of the plates pictured.

Kebab plate really juicy tender meat

Good food, great service! Server (owner?) was awesome, super patient and attentive, nice, knew the menu we'll, and warned us that lamb takes a little longer to cook. Kebab plate was delicious, meat was super tender, yogurt tastes fresh Persian burger was also really good and the fries are awesome! No complaints on the lamb wrap and it was cooked exactly as requested. Great food and service, wonderful experience and will come back. **parking sucks but it's not their fault

Wish the pita was hot

Great food! Best for to go orders. My favorites is the Family B special. The falafels are very good, too.

Keivan, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about making sure every guest has a great experience. The steak wraps were outstanding--packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying. Every bite was fresh and delicious. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into the food here. After trying the steak wraps, I already know I'll be back because now I want to try all the other dishes on the menu. If they're anything like what I had, this place is a winner across the board. Highly recommend Wrap N Kabob to anyone looking for amazing food and friendly service! I had a really frustrating experience at Wraps & Kebabs…read more I placed my order at the counter, but instead of putting it in right away, the employee helped two other customers and set my ticket aside. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I realized my order hadn't even been sent to the kitchen. After I moved seats, the employee noticed me and then finally handed my order to the cook. From there, I waited another 10+ minutes while the two customers who ordered after me got their food and left. When I asked about my order, I was told it would be another 5 minutes--at that point I had already been waiting close to 30 minutes for a simple meal. To make things worse, the staff started talking in Spanish assuming I wouldn't understand, saying I should've been told it would take 20 minutes. One of them even claimed he told me that--which was completely untrue. Long wait times happen, but poor communication and ignoring a customer's order is unacceptable. If it was going to take 20+ minutes, just say that upfront. Don't skip my order and then pretend I was informed. Definitely not a good experience, and I wouldn't come back.

recently started a vegetarian diet and randomly remembered that this place offers vegan koobideh,…read morewhich is honestly unheard of at most Persian restaurants. We came in on a weekday for the lunch special and I was excited to see it was still on the menu. I ordered the vegan beef koobideh and added a vegan chicken koobideh for $5. The lunch special comes with half rice, half salad, plus a drink. I chose the iced tea and it was really refreshing. For an appetizer, I had my must-have mast-o-musir (shallot yogurt). They also bring out butter and half a raw onion, which I always thought was random until I asked my Persian coworker how you're actually supposed to eat it. Turns out the butter is meant to be mixed into the warm rice so it melts, and the onion is used as a palate cleanser. You peel off a small piece and take a bite between eating your rice and protein. Once you know, it totally makes sense. Between the two koobidehs, the vegan beef was the clear winner. It was flavorful and honestly didn't taste like fake meat at all. The vegan chicken was good, but you can slightly taste that Impossible-style meat flavor. Next time, I'll definitely just get two beef koobidehs. Overall, I'm really glad I came back. After trying a bunch of other Persian spots, this is still my favorite, especially now that I can enjoy it while eating vegetarian. Highly recommend.

Our dinner did take a little while to come out, but it was definitely worth the wait. We ordered the lamb chops with rice and salad, the jujeh kebob, and the salmon kebob. The rice came with a piece of tahdig on top, which was a nice touch. I especially liked the salmon - it was moist and cooked really well. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the lamb chops were soft, succulent, and didn't taste gamey at all. You can really taste the charcoal flame on the meats, which added so much depth without overpowering the dishes. The flavors were subtle and balanced, with hints of saffron throughout, especially in the rice. They also have a good selection of vegan options, which is nice to see. Next time I'm in the area, I'd love to come back and try their stews. Overall, a really good spot with great food. We all enjoyed our dinner here.

I'm sure there are other Persian cafés and restaurants as good as Lavash. I hardly stop to think about what made Lavash interesting. The floral aroma throughout the entire atmosphere, the gentleness of the waiters and hostesses who're well focused on serving others, and their signature paper thin Lavash bread. A clear teapot filled with saffron tea with rock candy on a stick; seen how they dip it in after pouring the tea. Interesting orange color indeed! A plate of zucchini, grape tomatoes, Moroccan mint leaves, and a pair of Bulgarian cheese; complimentary for my first visit here. Persian noodle soup, filled with beans, chickpeas, and lentils; loved the floral notes in every spoonful. Main course, veggie kabob on a bed of basmati rice drenched in saffron and spices, along with some onions and mushrooms, and of course, a large Lavash bread at the bottom to fill the whole plate. The best part is to completely sandwich wrap after I marginalized the contents on the plate. Ahhh! Satisfying to the last bite of herbs and spices. Not filling though, but I had no need for any dessert. Another highly recommended place to eat for locals and tourists alike. I let some of my friends know how much they'll love the best Persian dishes locals raved about. Thumbs up for the people of Lavash!

The lamb is incredible. The potato appetizer with the meat sauce is our all-time favorite. The shrimp on the combination skewers are huge and full of flavor. We walked in on a Monday evening without reservations and were greeted by a very friendly gentleman. Even the tomato was sweet and delicious *Kashke Bademjan: tasty eggplant with mint that went perfectly with the bread.
