My family and I have been customers for years and I remember the day they started their business. We were/are all very supportive of them and did our best to make them feel loved and respected. The couple who own the business, used to be very nice and friendly. They kept their smiling faces and respectfulness for as long as they needed their business to succeed. However, now that they have reached their financial goals, respect and consideration for their customers is the least of their concerns. (This is only about the owners and not their employees) The last couple of times I visited their store, one of the owners, who's name is "Faati" if I'm not mistaken, was very disrespectful, cold, unfriendly, with an attitude, even though I was as nice, courteous and kind as I have always been. I just want them to know, no matter how successful you are, don't ever forget who you really are and where you came from. Don't underestimate people, and look down on them, acting as if you are superior to them. Some of us are very modest and do not announce our backgrounds to show off who we really are. Because we care about humanity more than anything else, regardless of what social class anyone comes from. It is very disappointing to see how quickly and easily people could change by the taste of money. Although I wish them continued success, I don't think I would feel comfortable to shop from their store, for a long time. I am truly and deeply disappointed! I hope 2018 will inspire you to think twice about your behavior before you give yourself the permission to treat people less that what they deserve! Happy New Year!!! read more
