Do not come here. $12 for a uniform with an upcharge because I told her I couldn't wait 3 days and needed them in two. I understand a small fee for that but two uniforms cost me $24. This is insane. Especially considering it's not even an updated, neat and modern dry cleaner. Not worth your time, drive somewhere else. I only came here because I was in a bind and housesitting nearby. Never again. I dropped them off Saturday and she told me Wednesday evening. That is an insane amount of time for two uniforms and to charge me so much for a day early is crazy. Also, when I'm exercising with my Tai Chi various weapon forms - like Dao and Tai Chi Sword. I have always been very satisfied with Ms. Jinhe's work. She is truly precious. She is professional yet also friendly. I look forward to seeing her and know that the items I leave will be cleaned. I don't wear a lot of clothing that requires dry cleaning but my favorite blazer was in need of a good cleaning so I dropped it off at spotless after scouring yelp. I chose spotless because it was the closest to me with the best reviews. I dropped off on a Tuesday mid-day and was told to come back Fri at 1:30 to pickup. I came at 1:20 because i was in the area and the gate was locked. Maybe lunch break? I left to run another errand and when i came back they were very slow to process the transaction using an ancient square swiper and an ipad. I scanned the blazer in the bag before I left and thought it looked fine. When i got home and took it out of the packaging I noticed some small stains on the sleeve and another dark stain on the collar. I am very unhappy with the quality of this cleaner and will not be taking anything there again. I took photos of my jacket before I dropped it off so i am certain that the stains were done by the cleaners. Take your precious garments elsewhere, this business is careless and unreliable. read more

Ms. Jinhe is awesome. Her plants are a testament to her attention to detail. While I don't do much dry cleaning, this is my go-to spot for a few reasons. Parking in DTLB is trying. It's nice to know when I stop at Spotless, I won't return to a car with a love note from the City. Did I mention her plants? It makes the place feel like a beautiful garden rather than an earth-poisoning pollutant. Also, she's really nice, gives honest estimates on turnaround time and the price is right. Complicated alterations may best be left for someone else. Ms. Jinhe can certainly handle all of the little stuff with ease. Just thinking about her makes me smile. read more

I came to this place based on the reviews but unfortunately she was not able to take my dress to clean it. It is an original design, 100% cotton fiber with nylon tassles throughout. What I appreciate is her denying me instead of taking it and possibly ruining it since it is one of a kind. There is makeup residue due to it being worn for a fashion show. She said I could get the makeup out by hand with cold water which I agree. I am just new to living here in Long Beach and would really like to find a place that can do it. I could possibly just work on the areas that have the makeup stains because this dress would become so heavy when wet all over and I just don't have the time. Any suggestions? read more

I'd been going to this place (to take my bf's clothes) for over a year and usually picked up and dropped off. Today, he went to pick it up while I waited in the car. After a minute, he called me to ask that I meet him inside immediately. I hurried in and he explained that the lady took his receipt, said it wasn't his, and tore it up! She looked at me and tried to show me the original, saying it wasn't his. He was heated and left to wait outside. I told her I'm the one who drops off, but it's his clothes, and demanded she give me his things. She apologized, then said she'd have his clothes delivered at 2pm. I asked how I was supposed to get his things when she tore the receipt; she gave me another one. Needless to say, I ended up returning for his things myself and will be looking for another dry cleaner. It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer. read more

I don't usually do this, but I'm very unhappy with this place. It was my first time there, I decided to give it a try due to it being so close to my house. I went in on Thursday morning to get my dress altered she said it would be ready Friday morning. I went in Friday morning to string hanging out of my dress, once I take a good look at it the stitching was TERRIBLE. It was so uneven and unaligned. I asked her why it was like that, her excuse was "Velvet material is so hard to do, it slips." I told her why couldn't she tell me that when I dropped it off. She said she would fix it & give it to me Saturday morning, I need my dress for Saturday & with seeing her work I honestly couldn't trust that she would "fix it," considering it's "hard" for her to do. So I left & won't be coming back! Thank you for ruining my dress. read more

I've been coming to this place for approximately three years now and I continue to take my clothes in because it's a reliable place. It appears that the lady who runs the place owns the shop. She does some sewing also but I haven't asked her to do anything more than sewing a button on a shirt. I like to support small businesses and I would recommend this place to anyone. This is my first experience with this place. I went in on a Thursday at about 8:30am, and the place was closed. The lady next door at the alteration shop took my clothes and said Spotless would call me to let me know when the clothes would be ready, most likely Saturday. I went on Saturday during business hours....closed. I went back on Monday, during business hours...closed. Finally, I went on Wednesday and found them open, but got there and was told they only take cash. With 10 minutes before closing, I had to run down the street to find an ATM and run back. I finally got my clothes, but it did not make a good first impression on me and I'm not likely to go back. read more

Excellent service period. I put my jackets in a little while ago when it was raining a lot and her son was so nice to meet me and stay late for me to pick up. When I picked up my jackets they looked brand new. Im always happy with the service I receive. I also had an expensive BCBGMAXAZRIA dress cleaned with intricate rhinestones and the dress had a stain on it from a long time ago and they were able to get it out and make it look brand new again without losing the stones. I gave it 3 stars because the service could have been better. I do give the owner kudos for accepting to alter my wedding dress. She had me try on the dress and had made adjustments for the dress to fit me. The lady is quick with her work. My dress was done in a matter of hours. I had 2 inches taken off the top. She didn't want to do the extra work, because I wanted to get my dress cleaned and then pressed. I had to talk her into accepting my dress to be pressed.
