They laughed as they told him it's right there and I walked towards the recipient where I told them both employees they were being rude. I went back to adding soap to my clothes and when I went towards the trash that was by the exit of the front door. I look up and the men sitting at the reception desk is look directly at me with an aggressive and angry face. I then told him what happened? He started raising his tone and said I can look where ever I want I'm the owner. I told him I understood but you're looking at me very aggressive. I then asked the big and tall women that was at the reception with him if I can have the owners number or corporate and the older men with salt and paper facial hair engaged and wanted escalate the situation more then what it needed to be. I told him you don't need to yell, I'm not yelling and you are very rude. he said that's my name. I had to remove myself from talking with him as he continued to become aggressive.

There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

I left the coat Thursday afternoon, with an anticipated pick up on Monday. Friday morning I received a message that the coat was ready and that I could come get it. When I returned, Friday afternoon, the owner remembered me and knew right where my coat was. It was promptly brought to me...and looked fantastic! Believe it or not, this is the first time I'm in need of this service, & of course I forget the detergent & fabric softener. Luckily this place has it all! A vending machine with both liquid and powder detergents. There's also fabric softener sheets and liquid. There's a few TV's, free wifi, & vending machines with snacks. Also there's a 711 next door, if you feel they don't have what you're seeking. Everything is paid by charge card. I appreciate the owners thinking ahead of time and having this place stocked with the necessities. The facility is very clean, and they also offer services to dry and fold. I spoke with a staff member today and she's also very nice. And so, the saga continues. The only bright spot lately has been Miriam, who is consistently kind and helpful. Outside of her, the level of service has declined significantly. During my last two visits, I picked up my laundry only to find ink stains all over my scrubs and my children's clothes. What's worse is that nobody mentioned the incident to me when I picked them up; I had to discover the damage myself. Most recently, I tried to drop off my clothes on Friday, April 24th, around 8:45 PM. I was met with a very rude staff member telling me they were closed, even though I was just dropping off. After some back-and-forth, she finally took the bags and told me they would be ready on Saturday. I waited for a text all day Saturday, but never heard anything. Not wanting to be a bother, I waited until Sunday to follow up. I called multiple times Sunday morning starting at 10:21 AM, 10:23 AM and 12:01 PM but every call went straight to voicemail. When I finally reached someone at 2:26 PM, it was Miriam. She informed me that she had just started her shift and discovered that the person responsible for my laundry had completely skipped over my order. I am so grateful that Miriam stepped in to take care of my clothes since they were long overdue, but I'm honestly hurt by the treatment from the rest of that staff.
