If you are in the VIP rewards group, it has a 90-day Perfect Fit Guarantee so you can return for store credit, which can be used toward a different shoe or different size of the same shoe. If purchased online, you can get a refund within that time period. I called customer service to get the same shoe in a different size at the same price and went to the store to do my return of the first size. If you return in person vs mailing, the return is free. Customer service is great both over phone or in store. The three employees there in the store including the manager were so helpful with my return. Definitely recommend this location and this shoe company in general.

I wish I got the young gentleman's name because it seemed like he was one of the only ones in the store who 1) knew where things were 2) could perform an assigned task 3) actually help us out. The reason I am saying this is because we went to the cash register upstairs and the cashier was uncertain that the service was downstairs. Not a big deal, she radioed them and confirmed where we could go. Easy. We go downstairs and show that cashier the glove (brand new, just bought for christmas) and that guy did not know how to do the steaming services, which was also fine because he asked another staff member who helped us, HOWEVER, the first guy told us the cost of it (which there is no cost because after a certain price glove it is a free service). The second guy (bless him) corrected him and stated the price of the glove and why it's free. As the worker was breaking in the glove the other guy cashier asked him multiple questions about where things were, if they did certain services, if he could help this other guest. Honestly that cashier guy was doing NOTHING. This is all in the midst of our guy fitting the glove which consists of steaming and banging it with a mallet which could be dangerous! Just seemed like an unprofessional thing to do.
