A couple of employees were friendly and helpful, but other interactions felt cold and unwelcoming. The overall atmosphere seemed somewhat tense, and communication between staff did not appear very coordinated. When management assistance was needed, they were called from the office and the interaction came across as disengaged and not very approachable. I've generally had much better experiences at the Burbank location, where the staff has usually felt more welcoming and organized.

We called and with his phone number they were able to look it up and said Yep, we see your jacket. They even knew which color way it was! They said, bring it in and we will remove the security tag, so I drove over there the next day. It took me half an hour and when I arrived the first person I spoke to pulled it up on the computer and said let me get a manager to help me with this. A manager came over and with a not very nice attitude said, I don't see anything under that phone number, you don't have a receipt, I can't help you. I said I just called yesterday and I was told that if I brought it in you could help me they looked it up and saw it under the phone number, is there anyone working today that was here yesterday? And he said no. The store is huge. I said I don't believe you that there is no one working here today that was here yesterday and he said well, its a change over time but there's nobody here that would've spoken to you yesterday. So I said OK well you're a liar and you're power tripping. I was told that you could look it up and the employee who called you over was able to see it on the computer before you got here, that's why he called you for help to remove the tag. He was committed to not helping me. On top of all that, my boss said that's absolutely false information they can absolutely look it up. He has returned things to them before without receipts with just a phone number.

I knew fleet feet had a great supply and the ability to measure mama's sore feet. So, mama is a five time cancer survivor and warrior. Unfortunately she had a large mass on her toe which prevented her from being able to walk without a boot, which after months leads to body pain throughout. Her poor foot and ankle always hurt, and swelled up real bad. She had pain throughout her body from the imbalance and reliance on crutches. I didn't think we could find a pair of hokas that would fit, and even better actually heal her feet. Then we came in and met Dan, the kindest most knowledgeable specialist we could have hoped for. He was patient and supportive at every step, through mama's laser measurements- which are amazing and they email them to you if requested. Then he began the work, we tried 4 great recommendations but alas none fit, all too tight around the ankle. But Dan wasn't done, he looked at the measurements and put in an order for a men's size in extra wide trusting it would fit- and if they didn't we could exchange within 30days. Four days later, my mom put on her first pair of shoes that fit in over a year. Im in tears of thanksgiving. To see her walking in a new pair of hokas, with proper balance and arch support. She's so excited and we are forever grateful. Also, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive pair, they had an awesome shoe that was less than what I expected!
