From the start I knew this was not a place that was customer friendly...customer service was horrendous ....bought a product ...days later ( after I emailed) they confirmed my order ...the product arrived in a pouch instead of a box. When I attempted to exchange the item ...I was ghosted for days ....I paid to have the item delivered to me and to send it back as well ..the cost of both shipping charges was more then the price of the item ...the actually acted as if they were doing me a favor ..they'll, never see me there again read more

I train regularly and Revgear makes the BEST gear on the market. It's one of those brands that is an absolute sleeper in the industry and is secretly the best brand in the market. I feel like people think that the best gear is the most expensive and Revgear blows that stigma out of the water in my opinion. I started out with a couple pairs of their boxing gloves - they'd been in business a while so I figured brands that endure the volatile martial arts gear market for a long period of time do so because they focus on making quality gear instead of gear that is trendy or gimmicky. After a year and a half of regular bag work and sparring, they're the most durable and comfortable boxing gloves I've ever owned - their S5 Boxing Gloves are the most versatile gloves on the market - they've outlasted my Fairtex Gloves and my Hayabusa Gloves. Their S4 Sentinel Gloves displace some of the weight in the wrists so you don't get that feeling like you have weights hanging off your knuckles and my movements feel so much more fluid when wearing them. Happy with their boxing gloves, I bought a pair of their MS1 MMA Gloves, one of their new Bionic Rashguards, their "Venice" Gi. Lo-and-behold, the MS1 gloves were everything I've always wanted, and the palms' construction made it super easy to maintain grips while grappling and clinching during sparring. The Bionic Rash Guard was put to the test in Nogi BJJ class and after 12 rounds back-to-back, I was the only one in class whose rash guard wasn't soaked and had that greasy feel to it - they're made for those brutal days on the mats and legit keep you dry and comfortable. The Venice Gi was (for me) what solidified Revgear as the BEST manufacturer in the Industry. It's got a clean look, stands right up next to Origin Gi's and made me pull my shoyoroll gi's out of my normal rotation. Plus the subtle red stitching is a sweet touch that drew a lot of looky-loos at class. I like my Venice Gi better than my Origin Axiom Gi (sorry Jocko) and it's more than half the price - plus the more you wear it, the more naturally comfortable it gets. I think they're about to blow up in the BJJ, MMA, and Boxing Markets - i don't see how they couldn't because eventually, gimmicks die off and quality persists. read more

Revgear - Sports Wear Near Me - Van Nuys, California

This has become my new favorite place to shop. I used to box with a friend when I was a teenager and exclusively used Everlast products. I'm now in my 40's and am now taking a kickboxing class with my son. I've discovered that the quality of Everlast products has diminished but, was reluctant to try something new. However, stepping through the door at their Van Nuys location I was warmly greeted by their receptionist Stephanie Valenzuela and my daughter and I were treated like family by their staff. Stephanie's overwhelming customer service ensured that I will definitely be a loyal Revgear customer. read more

Absolutely top notch gear. But we already knew that. I met with Stephanie, who treated me like family. We talked and she helped me select what I needed for me and for my kids. And a few things for myself, of course! My order was up in no time flat. And the show room makes you want to just stay and hang out. I found a new favorite place and it's right up the street. I've loved Revgear products for about 20 years now, but I can honestly say Revgear is my favorite equipment for what we do! Thank you RevGrear!!! read more

My girlfriend ordered me a kutting weight suit way back in May. Unfortunately, she ordered the wrong size. Called Revgear to get an exchange and talked to Stephanie Valenzuela about the exchange. Sent it up and played the waiting game. However, the wait was until today. The item was on backorder for a bit. No worries, Stephanie gave me an option of getting a refund or wait for the backorder. I decided to wait. Stephanie kept me abreast of the status of my order. Letting me know that as soon as it arrived they would send it out. She was true to her word! Got it today and wearing right now. Revgear products are awesome. Their customer service is epic!!! Thank you Stephanie!!!! read more

This is their headquarters and there is no store...however I decided to call and see if they will let me stop by anyways to get boxing gloves. The guy (i think Mike) I spoke with gave me a disclaimer that they don't normally sell to individuals from their office but it happens once in awhile. Today was a "once in a while". They were friendly, informative and gave a grab bag of free stuff on the way out! For those already in the know about training in boxing and mma know they got good products. However its there service that puts them over the top. read more

It appears that my experience was a one off from the regular experiences that everyone else has had and it saddens me. I gave them a 1 because zero wasn't an option. Worst customer experience I have ever had. I had ordered shorts for a major event and I ordered them with three weeks before the event. After two weeks no shorts. I live in Northern California and RevGear is in So Cal. Three weeks is enough time right?! Wrong. After calling and talking to Stephanie three times with no call backs I tried one more time at 4:40pm, I had been calling since 10am. Once again no call back. The next day I called 6 times with no answer I then called from another number and magically the phone was answered. I was promised the shorts the next day. Wrong again. The next day instead of shorts I get an email saying its again going to be another day. So I call again and ask for a manager. I got Ben Bass. He too promised me a call back after a lengthy discussion... And what do you know No Call Back. Instead I get an email, no missed call, no voicemail. Worst experience ever! I will never order from here again!!! read more

I was fortunate to work for this awesome company. I was the woman who called St Louis, San Jose, Florida, Boston and other areas, inviting individuals to join us for their informative, beneficial, fun and exciting Revgear University. I had the pleasure of not only working for an awesome team but even more incredible managers, Ben and Paul. Which in of itself is rare. I drove between 1-1.5 hours Mon-thru Fri and it was well worth it. I was able to meet awesome people that take great pride in every customer. Business energy is positive, providing great customer service, a group of individuals of integrity, providing equipment and gear 4 all your Fitness, MMA, and Martial Arts needs~ A Rock-in Business~Visit their showroom or shop on line you will not be disappointed. read more

Excellent quality gear with a broad selection and great prices. Stephanie was very helpful.

Revgear was doing Martial Arts supply long before the UFC craze. They have continued to push the envelope over the last 17 years. They stand behind everything they sell and support a lot of great athletes along the ways. read more

Haven't shopped with Revgear for some time because I pretty much have all the gear and equipment I could possibly have for my given martial art. Today I decided to give them a visit and was very happy to see all the new toys Revgear had to offer--so like a kid in a toy store I replenished my equipment with new stuff. Was so happy that customer service is the same: top- notch! Brandi and Stephanie are the most professional, kind, and patient reps there are. They know their product and give the best recommendations. Revgear products are amazing and their products fit any price point. But it is the excellent and professional customer service that keeps me coming back! Thank you, Brandi and Stephanie--you're are the best! read more

I have seen their gear used. Tons of people use it and it comes highly recommended. However, after more than 10 attempts to order online, their checkout process freezes and I have yet to be able to order. Just decided to go with something else. Great stuff, bad website. read more

I have owned and operated my Karate Dojo for more than 20 years. About 10 years ago, we made the switch to Rev Gear. We only sell Rev gear Gloves, and use Rev gear shields, mits and thai pads. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Rev Gear.My rep, Mike Knibbs always displays the highest caliber of professionalism, and respect. Whether my order is large or small the same courtesy and respect is always extended. Today I ordered 2 pair of MMA gloves. Before I was even off the phone, I received an order confirmation via email. Rev Gear has the highest caliber of equipment that can and will sustain the most intense training. They have always stood behind their product. See them First or see them next for all of your martial arts or MMA training gear. Other companies may offer less expensive products, but their gear will not stand up against Rev Gear. If you want to be the best at what you do then you have to train with the best. for my Dojo and my students the best is Rev Gear! read more

I had a very pleasant customer service experience with Stephanie so I felt compelled to give this place a 5 star review! I had a small problem with a pair of shinguards and she was able to fix the problem the very next day. I believe this is the headquarters for Revgear / Triumph United, so make sure to go out to your local fight shop retailer and support them by purchasing their gear! read more

Revgear equipment is great, been using it for years. First time at their Van Nuys location though. I was just stopping in to help my friend with an order but ended up finalizing my own account and picked up a bunch of new gear as well. Stephanie at the front is amazing. So helpful and friendly! I like to think I'm a nice guy but being that I was there for over an hour browsing and asking a million questions and taking up her time, I could have easily been one of those "annoying" customers that you'd hate to deal with. I changed my order multiple times, added items, removed items, etc. and nothing but a smile and funny conversation with Stephanie. Also David came out of his office to help answer questions and recommend new gear as well. Very nice guy. So thank you both for being genuinely friendly, helpful, and patient! read more

The staff is so helpful, here!! Stephanie was AMAZING! I needed to get some new gloves and she took care of it quickly. Amazing place!!

Had a disappointing experience with RevGear. Was fully intending to purchase an item from them that they were promoting. The item looked great in pictures and I was ready to pay right there. I'm also someone who has a somewhat recognized name in the MMA community and after purchasing, would have given reviews publicly to try and get more to purchase said item. However, neither now will be happening. Since Monday, I've called twice (left a voice mail and spoke to a rep who didn't have answers but said she'd deliver my information - name and number- to the person who handles product information), and left messages via both Facebook and Twitter only to not get anything resembling a response, it's clear that they don't want my business and I will be taking my money elsewhere. It's a shame because I really like the item and the question I had, while not listed on the website, was a far cry from a difficult one. I also understand they are a busy company and wasn't expecting an immediate response, yet to not get a reply of any kind after 5 days sends a clear message. read more
