I cannot say enough good things about this place!…read more First of all, after moving back to Sherman Oaks after living "over the hill" for the past 40 years, I, for whom bicycling is a main mode of transportation, was so happy to find a bike repair shop within a couple of blocks -- and one that had excellent Yelp reviews. I took my bike in this morning because it needed a new shifter and the brake lever tightened. Jaime, the owner, was very pleasant, found a new shifter (at a reasonable price) and set right to work. As he worked, I enjoyed the ambience of the place, seated on a little couch, watching a Belgian bike race on the TV on the wall. About half and hour later my bike was finished with parts and labor coming out to $42. I hope I don't need to come back for work on the bike anytime soon, but if it's needed I will gladly bring it back to La Cicla!

I've been wanting to do the fit test as well but haven't found the time yet. Over Black Friday I got a nice pair of Brooks online though and joined the VIP family rewards. If you are in the VIP rewards group, it has a 90-day Perfect Fit Guarantee so you can return for store credit, which can be used toward a different shoe or different size of the same shoe. If purchased online, you can get a refund within that time period. I called customer service to get the same shoe in a different size at the same price and went to the store to do my return of the first size. If you return in person vs mailing, the return is free. Customer service is great both over phone or in store. The three employees there in the store including the manager were so helpful with my return. Definitely recommend this location and this shoe company in general.

It seems…read morelike there is some sort of social club behind the front desk and everyone behind it is so self absorbed that they are blind to customers that walk in. I have also experienced employees asking other customers if they need help, but being ignored even when I clearly have items in my hands to try on. My last visit was slightly better in that a shorter dark haired girl asked me how I was doing, but that was after a couple of other employees ignored me both when first entering, and at the front desk. I'm own several Vuori pieces but now think twice about buying from this brand.

I saw on line that they carry the same brand, same model, just a new look. It was on sale, so I had to stop by, right? I was in the area, so it was easy, but didn't park in their lot. Big store, but not overwhelming, with lots of merchandise, great selection. It was easy to find the cooler section, they had the model we were looking for, on sale, so we picked and chose since they had a few and off we went to pay for it.
