In the Encino/ Santa Monica locations merchandise is designer and super cool alotta Freepeople workout sets and Vix Swimwear. While I was in the store, I noticed five to six employees restocking shelves, bringing out additional inventory, and pricing merchandise. They were definitely working hard, which was impressive. The cashiers were very friendly and engaged with all the customers. The merchandise on the shelves and in display was from well-known brands at outrageously, very affordable prices. Limited outdoor parking is available just outside of the store, while additional parking is available underground in a much larger space.

Overall, CityWalk is kept clean and the pavement is consistently power washed. Some shops have better service than others, but I've never really had a terrible experience at any of the stores or eateries. My only gripe would be the industrial food court area.
