BEFORE we came into the galleria I called the store and spoke to a lovely woman named Brianna. I explained what we had, and if we could schedule an evaluation on our "numerous bags" she kindly said they would of course prefer we come in during the week when it's "slower" but to come in today, we more than likely would need to have a seat and wait until someone could help us. (I explained no problem ..and were grateful for the time) we walked into the store around 5:30pm... there were probably 5 customers in the store and a handful of employees. NO ONE at the register buying anything (at that time) Spoke to another employee a male... with a lil man bun he was kind enough to take 5 minutes out of his day....to assist my mother and me and look thru our bags to see "what they would and wouldn't" take back for the re-loved/re-claimed program. (as they only take back ORIGINAL COACH not ANYTHING from the outlets) He then said let me go speak to my manager I'll be right back..**out of like 15 bags only 5 qualified, for the program**. He returns and apologies His manager says they cannot help us today, we would need to return during the week...AGAIN we don't live in Glendale or even a 30 mile radius! I explained this to him again (man bun) and I said great that's not what I was told over the phone and how disappointing- I asked for the managers name "Johnny" who never bothered to come out of the back room to greet any of the stores customers, check on employees etc. Our plan was to trade in our bags - for whatever anounts the store was willing to give us... AND make new purchases today! My mother was looking at a 800$ bag, I was looking at a 600$ bag and a pair of shoes. no one ever asked if we were interested in anything else etc. I thanked man bun for his time, asked for his managers name again (so I could make a complaint..cause I will be writing a letter!) We packed our bags back up... and left the store. I am baffled by the lack of customer service and leadership this "manager" showed his/her employees. Great Job Jhonny ... This nightmare happened to me at the Sherman Oaks, Galleria Windsor store…read more After calling several times and waiting for a call back, I finally decided to drive to the store myself--which is two hours away--to try to find an item that the system showed as in stock. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I had a very unpleasant experience. Before going to the store, I had read several online reviews mentioning issues with the manager and the customer service at this location. Once I arrived, I realized the reviews were completely accurate. The manager was extremely rude, condescending, and seemed to have a very unprofessional attitude. I was the first customer at the door when the store opened. I walked around and went to look at the sale rack. The pricing on the rack was very misleading, so I asked the manager for clarification. I asked whether the price shown applied to all items on the rack or only to the prices written in red pen on the tags. She responded in a very rude and condescending tone, saying, "Ma'am, the prices are noted on the rack," without making any effort to clarify. I ignored her attitude and continued shopping. I then went to another sale section where a sign clearly showed that the shoes in that area were marked at s. I asked a sales associate if the price applied to the shoes I had chosen, and he confirmed that it did. I selected two pairs and proceeded to the register to pay for all my items. When I went to pay, the shoes rang up at full price. I explained that there was a sale sticker on the shoes showing a specific discounted price. The manager responded by saying, "Sometimes customers change the prices and it's not our fault." I told her that I understood that mistakes can happen, but as store management it is her responsibility to ensure that inventory and pricing on the sales floor are correct. I also explained that as a customer, it is not fair for me to be misled by incorrect pricing after spending nearly 30 minutes selecting and trying on the shoes, only to be told at the register that the price was different. Instead of trying to help or look into the issue, she continued to speak to me in a rude and dismissive manner. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, condescending, and completely lacking in basic customer service. I genuinely do not understand how someone with her behavior was chosen to manage a store. As the reviews on Yelp and other platforms clearly show, I am not the only customer who has experienced this type of treatment at this location. There are many similar complaints describing the exact same issues with the manager and the poor service provided.

You can either make an appointment if you have a designated associate at the store or do a walk-in. The latter you'll need to get into a line and check in with an associate before entering. They then assign you someone to work with during your shopping period. The gentleman I was assigned to showed me all of the stock they had remaining for the Murakami collection, which was mostly accessories and a limited amount of apparel. I did try the swimwear on and liked the one piece more than the two piece swim. I had to pass though, due to them not having my size available in store. The associate kindly suggested I try ordering it online as I could try it and return all online orders. (In store sales are final or can be exchanged only.) In terms of parking, I like picking one of the public lots like the one by Crate and Barrel and walking.

Keep in mind that Air Jordan's are not cheat shoes so I already knew they would be on the higher end. The staff here was friendly with me when I walked inside and asked if I needed any help.
