We are in the process of saving for a washer and dryer so have to go to laundry mats :/ I'm new to Austin so I've been to 3 different laundry mats, including this one. This one is BY FAR the best one. It's clean, very spacious, washes the clothes very well, WELL AIR CONDITIONED, Open 24/7, bunch of flat screen TVs, etc So yeah it's a couple quarters more than your average laundry mats but I would rather pay a lil more for a nicer experience. read more

Some times you just get overwhelmed by life and realize that you have two choices: 1) spend all day at home washing you and your family's four clothes hampers of dirty clothes or 2) load it up in the truck and head to the laundromat and knock it out in 90 minutes (don't hate me because I use 6 washers at the same time!). I chose option 2 and headed to SpinZone; first impression is that laundromats have changed in the 25 years since I last used one. SpinZone is large, has ample washers (from single load to 8-load) and matching dryers, plenty of TVs and sitting areas (even a dedicated area for kids), attendant present at all times (SpinZone is open 24-7 as well) and supplies for sale in case you forgot your own. One really convenient feature is that all machines take credit cards so that you don't have to carry around a ton of change with you! Place was clean (again, on-site attendant did a great job of keeping place picked up) and WiFi is available. All in all an enjoyable SpinZone experience and one I would do again if the situation calls for it! read more

I've been to RR location twice now and both times I was impressed by how clean the place is - from the floors, to the countertops & stools, fold stations, but especially the washers and dryers! Staff is polite as well. Busy but not overcrowded and best of all: no machines out of order!! I'll be back because the 10 load washers are my fav!!! read more

This is a nice cordinanted place. I really admire Leticia for putting all the effort to make the 1st experience one of the smoothest. She had amazing customer service 2nd to none. On top of that she was able to help out with the process in great timing. You could see she cared for every customer walking through that door. If I was the owner I would promote her. I am not happy here. This Laundromat will over charge you. They will include additional fees for warm or hot water, extra soil clothing, etc...They do not tell you their new prices, until you are shock to discover why you have a low balance on your card and it is because they over charge on your stripe card or credit card. I recommend that you check your card balance and account every single time and know exactly how much it cost to do your washing and drying. read more

Based on the reviews, I chose this location and used SpinZone services for the first time...and it did not disappoint. I came early in the morning and there were only two other customers here. Everything was clean, neat, and orderly. Jose, the attendant on duty, was extremely helpful and respectful. He gave me the run down of services provided, daily specials, showed me the different types of washer/dryers and which is best to use for different types of laundry, and provided helpful hints. Place should be charged with armed robbery. I walk in early and start my laundry at 5.75 a washer only to be told by the first employee I saw in the place (it was basically empty when I walked in) that I could have used a washer at 77 cents. They refused to refund any of my money. I would give zero stars if I could. This is why people buy their own washer and dryer. What a rip-off. read more

I did not expect it to be this big. Exceptionally clean. Tons of washers and dryers for different load options. Tv, snacks, patio. I was hesitant to come to a laundromat but pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend. I had 3 giant comforters to wash so I would not gripe about the price. read more

Had to visit SpinZone during vacationing recently and I was impressed. From the cleanliness to the friendly staff. I had never experienced a laundromat like this one. Ms. Leticia the attendant on duty was very attentive and helpful. Also very knowledgeable of the machines as I was having a little trouble working the them. They charge you a $15 hold for every load/unit that you use a debut or credit card with. They do not let you know this prior to using their facility. Then they will tell you tgat you will only be charged the amount that you use and that the remaining money will go back on your card in 2-3 business days. They have terrible customer service and refuse to give any contact number to their corporate headquarters or district manager. I will never go back there and encourage you to not use them. The lady even tried to tell a guest tgat they needed a mask on. The employee had her mask around her mouth, not even properly worn. Her response was, I'm wearing it, that's all that matters. People like that are why everyone has to wear one. Wear it, just like everyone else does. When you wear your mask correctly and get a part of the solution. Ridiculous to have that type of employee representing your company. read more

This is a clean, up to date laundry mat. I dreaded the bought of having to go to the laundry mat after my washer gave out but this place is fantastic. The lady working there is friendly, helpful, and such a hard worker. I've had to go back twice and each time I'm there she's hard at work the entire time. HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE TODAY AT THE ROUND ROCK SPINZONE!!! representative Leticia was rude, accusing me of being someone else who tries to take money from the employees, REFUSED to let me speak with the manager, threatened to call the cops when I wanted the phone number to corporate! 10 minutes later comes up to me and my husband and says she spoke with her manager and they will provide refund this one time (which was not the problem or what I was asking for in the first place)!!! When explaining that a refund was NOT what I was asking for, she kept cutting me off and not allowing me to speak.. Then turns her back and walks away, which at that point my husband said he will accept the refund since she wanted to continue to be rude and not listen, to which then she stated they don't provide refunds... Very unprofessional, TOLD MY HUSBAND TO SHUT UP!!!! doesn't let customers speak so she can clearly understand the issue or concerns that I had...
