My son loved his pepperoni pizza and it comes with gelato at the end! The Greek salad is my favorite, but they are all good. Lots of fresh veggies and flavorful dressing! For an appetizer we ordered the 3 hummuses (is that a word) and it comes with this really good bread to dip. It's almost like a mix between naan and focaccia. All 3 hummus are very good. My favorite is the kalamata olive. If i had to make one complaint, I didn't like that my daughters Mac and cheese was legit kraft. Think the West O location has had some quirks with service and delivering exactly what was ordered, but I've returned and seemed like things are more settled. My fave is the Mini Mia which was is generous personal pizza and salad. Now, the salad is excellent, any of them, for that matter. Far more than the obligatory lettuce and a tomato, I was impressed. The shining star here? Their gluten-free crust is wonderful. It's my go to, actually. And did I mention gelato? Mmmmmm. It's not the weather nowadays, but their outside seating is on the east side of the building so it's PERFECT for Happy Hour or any meal in the afternoon. The food is good, BUT, the service is terrible. I'm on a special diet for health reasons and EVERYTIME I eat in the restaurant, order online, or pick up take out, they get the order wrong. My requests are not even complex. I'll ask them to hold the cheese and THEY ALWAYS GET IT WRONG. I ask them to repeat the order and they repeat it back correctly, but when I get the food the order is wrong. I just don't understand it. If you're on a regular diet you are probably fine. BUT, if you are on a special diet for health reasons, you might want to go somewhere else or just eat at home. read more

I have only been to spin one other time, but we wanted to give it a try again! I'm glad we did, but the service was awful. We waited 25 minutes for a pitcher of beer and a carafe of sangria. We got the pizza and drinks at the same time. We tried multiple times to get help and it was very difficult and I don't think we were the only ones. The pizza was fantastic! We got the pesto chicken and spinach and garlic. I loved that the spinach was crunchy and not soggy. I was a bit worried about that at first. The pesto had a wonderful flavor and tastes great. I adore the Shadow Lake location, but I was disappointed by this location. To begin with, the traffic flow in the parking lot is terrible. If you've got an old beater car, that's the one to drive, since you will be in dire risk of bent fenders. Maybe it's just because they're new, but the crowds were heavy. Frankly, I was surprised to get a seat. The crowds are loud, but the numerous TVs are even louder, and the screaming kids even louder than that. Don't expect to hold a conversation. This is not a regular pizza joint. Expect unusual artisan pizza recipes. And good but small salads. And wine, lots of wine. read more

Did a quick stop in to check this place out, since it was a new restaurant near home. I ordered a "Make it a Mini Mia" which includes a 6" 2 topping pizza with either a soup or salad. I got a Caesar salad and a gluten free crust pizza, with white sauce, mozzarella, prosciutto, & portobello mushrooms. The salad was a bit oily and it didn't have much flavor. I actually wanted a plain house salad but they didn't have that on the menu. There were plenty of other salads available on the menu though. The pizza was great! One of the best gluten free crust I've had. The 6" was cut into 4's, I got one slice of the portobello mushroom and one slice of the prosciutto on each piece of pizza. Although it was a big slice, it made it difficult to get a bite with the toppings on the pizza because the whole slice would just come off. They have whole wheat crust & gluten-free crust available for extra charge. If you don't want pizza, you could get flatbreads & spread, soup, salads, pasta, or sandwiches. They have gelato available which I wish I had time to try! There was also a great selection for draft beers and mix drinks. Staff was great, we were greeted right away and a manager even came over to greet us and checked up on us. This place was very clean and has patio seating. I always wanted to try SPIN! in Papillion, but it was too far. I'm so glad they opened a second location close to home! We were greeted right away when we walked in and the host explained the menu and ordering process. We each ordered a Mini Mia (6" pizza) with soup, one minestrone and other one tomato basil. Then, we sat down and waited for our food. The pizzas came out pretty quickly. I got the 3 meat and my husband got the Pineapple BBQ Chicken, both were very good. IMO, it was perfectly made! There's a window where you can watch them making the pizzas in the brick oven. They forgot to bring out our soups, but after awhile we flagged down a server, they apologized and brought it out right away. It looks like they are still working out a few things, but totally understandable as a new restaurant. Overall, they are doing pretty good with customer service - the servers are friendly. We ordered gelato before leaving, the Blueberry Butter Cookie, so good! They also have a variety of beer and drinks. Some more pros are the patio area, rewards program and gluten-free or whole wheat crust options. They also serve salads, paninis and sandwiches. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. My first impression was that the facility was very clean, trendy, and spacious. The Cesar salad was about average but the pepperoni pizza was very tasty and crisp to the bite. Service was very good and the bar was well managed and efficient. Our family used to love Spin.... we would come twice a week. However, it has gone down hill! I'm not sure if there's new management or what but it is quite sad... For at least the last 3 months the floors have been absolutely filthy. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt during the winter months, but it is spring now and it's not any better. While at lunch today the manager stood at the bar for a solid hour talking to his girlfriend; not once helping the only employee taking orders and waiting on tables. He also wouldn't wash his hands while eating before going into the kitchen. Whoever opened the restaurant needs to come back! read more

Spin has a good thing going. They specialize in 12" Neapolitan style pizza and gelato yet they have almost a "fast food" serving style. My favorite pizza is probably the Patate but I've had several others that are stellar in their own right. I've had several flavors of gelato over the last few months and have never been disappointed. They have a decent selection of local brews and they keep their prices competitive to the surrounding restaurants. This place was packed for a Sunday night! When you walk in, you have to walk up and order at the counter. A bit pricy for no table service, but the food was really good! I ordered a mini 5 cheese pizza with tomato bisque soup, my husband ordered the basil chicken pizza and my mother in law ordered a salad and mini chicken and goat cheese pizza. You can change out the traditional pizza crust for cauliflower or gluten free for up charge. The only complaint on the food was that the meat was rather sparse. We also ordered a carafe of sangria that was good, but didn't look like the picture on the menu. We finished with gelato which was delicious too! Overall a pretty good environment, everything seemed a little disorganized and slow, but the good food, drinks and kind staff made up for it. Wow this place has gone downhill. The food is so mediocre. The pizzas are okay and the pastas are bad, like really bland, no flavor. The service there is always pretty non existent. The servers seem pretty checked out. No water refills. No checking on customers. It's not surprising this place was and has been empty during dinner time the last 3 times we've been.
