When I went to pick it up, it was superbly crafted, perfectly done, high quality... and for the work they had to do, the coordination and calls, and proofing, then rush printing, etc... it was SO AFFORDABLE. Initial contact: Dan Meza was super responsive, friendly, helpful and professional. Design process: Dan was very patient with my lack of understanding about file formats and such and helped me communicate what I needed very efficiently. Transaction: The guys at the office were very friendly and professional. I think Dan got a sense that I was on a tight budget so he even offered to cut out the installation cost by sending me a YouTube tutorial on how to do it myself. This turned out to extremely good value. Product: It's been six weeks and the stickers look just how I want them to. They've sustained several washes and still look as good as new. They're serving their purpose very well and have already paid for themselves (many times over) through the extra outdoor personal training business generated. I worked with Bill to create three large retractable displays for a vendor night presentation at oracle park. Not only were we working with an incredibly tight timeline, the retractable displays were incredibly hard to find due to COVID supply chain disruptions. Bill was nothing short of incredibly responsive when it came to emails and calls, and when it looked like the retractable displays wouldn't arrive on time, they tracked down the UPS delivery truck to make sure that they arrived earlier than expected. SpeedPro Imaging Marin was fantastic. I came to them with an idea, and they executed it flawlessly. From concept to finished product, SpeedPro was a great help and surpassed my expectations. I purchased a boring, white commercial van last year and knew that I wanted to do a complete color change, while also adding my logo (branding) via a vinyl wrap. I reached out to SpeedPro for an estimate. They provided an accurate estimate, along with a high-quality mock up of what my van would look like after the work was completed, including logo placement and color selection. I scheduled the work to be done. I dropped my van off in the morning and picked it up that evening. The installation was done very well, and I ended up with a very high quality result. As I understand, you can expect around 5 years out of a vinyl wrap before it begins to degrade. When it it time to re-wrap my van in 5 years, I'll be coming back to SpeedPro. read more

Even though Speedpro, in the end, couldn't help me, I'm very appreciative that an effort was made. I brought in foam sheets to see if they could be printed on. Bill talked to one of his workers and said they'd try. A trial batch came out pretty well even though the size of the sheets wasn't optimal. But a second run just didn't work. The foam sheets jammed. It's so easy just to say no when asked to try something new, but Bill didn't do that. He tried to help a potential customer even though he knew it wouldn't be easy going. I really don't know how this company got so many good reviews. My experience was worse than bad. In fact at the end we picked up our car with no work done. The initial meeting was on 6/13 to get a side decal for our car. 4 weeks, 22 emails and several reminder phone calls later we finally had an appointment for today 7/13 at 8:30 am. At noon the side decals still weren't printed, at 2:30 pm they still keep telling me that the decals are printing. By 5:30 the decals still weren't printed. We picked up the car untouched. Several phone calls to speak with the owner were rejected as "too busy with other projects". We were dealing with Cody which was also not very successful since he kept promising things then calls in sick at work and no one else knows anything which did result in a visit with no turn out. When I explained my frustration Cody was even trying to blame this on us because the measurements we gave them were wrong. But the fact was that the day he was out sick some other guys took the measurements their own because no one knew anything about it. Bottom line: not very professional. I cannot imaging that they take this much care in their products when they care so much about me the customer. Maybe the other reviews came from times were they were less busy and had much more time to take care of their business. They can only hope it stays this way because they just lost a customer. Update 7/20/17: Just want to add the note that it is very interesting that the owner of the shop is responding to my review in the public - but didn't have five minutes to talk to me on the phone at any time now or during the issues. Should give you anything about what they care about. And I want to enhance my note that the measurements were taken by their staff a few days before the actual appointment. The window sticker he is talking about were not authorized or ordered. And I want to add the note that the window sticker had to be removed not even 24hr later due to de-laminating of the film. read more

I needed a couple of signs printed for a protest march on very short notice. I went to Fedex in Sausalito and fell into a bottomless customer service abyss. They couldn't read my files, they didn't want to expend any effort, and with a shrug of defeat they directed me to their website. I spent 45 frustrating minutes trying to work with their impenetrable user interface until I was literally screaming at my computer. Searching for alternatives I called Speedpro and talked to a friendly, attentive gentleman who walked me through their process, suggesting the best materials for my purpose and estimating a surprisingly fast turnover. After deciding on the size and material for my signs he helped me load a very large image file onto their website. He even sent me an email acknowledging receipt of the file. Speedpro managed to turn over my sign a day earlier than estimated. It was about 24 hours from the time I talked to them to the time the signs were finished. These are the new kids on the block and they are kicking a** and taking names as far as I am concerned. Owner Steve was a delight to work with and his staff was always friendly and attentive. After they did a fantastic job on my work van, I forwarded them proofs for some lawn signs I needed. The signs were done in 1 day and looked great.
