We opened our CPA firm in Mill Valley in 1990 and have used WIGT Printing consistently since then - almost 30 years. The current owners took over from the founders a few years ago and the service has been consistently fantastic. They have produced flyers, tax organizers, postcards, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, memo pads and all the other materials that a professional firm needs. Megan does the design in house and we have been impressed with her skill. The turnaround is prompt and nothing is too much trouble. Hendrik prepares the quotes and the pricing is reasonable for a quality shop like this. On the rare occasion when something has not looked quite right, they immediately volunteered to rerun the job. WIGT printed 180 posters (12x18) from digital images of my original art, which I now sell on my online Etsy art shop (etsy.com/shop/artandmedicine). I could not be happier with how everything turned out! The prices were very reasonable and the final product is exquisite: the colors are vibrant and the quality is excellent. In addition, the whole staff made the process very easy, which ensured that I was extremely happy with the product. I took a lot of time in making decisions about the prints and the staff never made me feel that it was an imposition nor did they rush me. Hendrik created multiple proofs for each image which I reviewed & revised before finalizing my order. He also spent took time to explain some of the ins & outs of digital photography/ photo editing to me, which really helped me tailor my images. The turn-around time was very fast: 1 business day typically for proofs and for my order; sometimes Hendrik would even print things on the spot for me to look at, if he had the time. Hendrik, Eva (the owner), and Barry (her husband) always made me feel welcome, even at their busiest moments, and took the time to connect with me. The whole staff took time to get to know me and to learn about my emerging online art shop business. They really helped me create a quality product that I am proud to be selling on my new online art shop. There's no question-- I will be coming back for more posters after I run out! WIGT is great--the printing is beautiful and the customer service is stellar! We have been using WIGT for our printing needs for a very long time and yet service is consistently excellent.
