Fantastic service, excellent prices and quality from a classic independent print shop

Bea is the nicest woman in the world! Great quality and great service! Highly recommended!

5 stars!! highly recommend Joanne's Print Shop! I contacted them to print some cards for my bridesmaids proposal gifts and they were able to complete the order on the same day. I was able to pick it up within a couple hours! Extremely fast service and beautiful printing job. I will definitely go to Joanne's Print Shop for all of my printing needs. The prices are also very reasonable. read more

This ia second year in a row that I've used Joanne's Print Shop to create the end-of-year fundraising mailer for Sausalito Beautiful. I was happy with their work and appreciated their guidance along the way to make sure that everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs some print work done and wants excellent customer service. read more

I was so disappointed with the outcome when I brought in a small business card job to be printed. First the communication was poor. Not returning phone calls, the paper choice was limited and finally the job was not done when said and made me wait so they could finish trimming the cards by hand. I received cards that weren't straight and a below standard weight for a business card. I was embarrassed to present them to my client so I didn't charge her. They offered to redo a small fraction of the cut but by then I wanted nothing to do with them. Sadly, I felt really cheated and treated without any professionalism. While they have been around for years and that's why I trusted they'd do a good job, I think they're burnt out and don't appreciate the business. read more

Joanne's Print is a wonderful Print Shop that is local and fulfill your needs. They have printed envelopes, and various types of paperwork for the company i work with for over a decade. Very friendly and she knows her stuff. The dynamic duo is great at taking care of what you need and get it done and you never have to worry about if its done the way you want it, they get it right the first time every time. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! read more

Joanne's Print Shop handled our Save the Dates for the wedding. We sent them a few pictures from our engagement shoot, and they designed a great card that perfectly captured our personality! We aren't local, so we had to do everything over email; they were always prompt in their response. We received our save the dates less than a week after okay'ing the proofs. We loved them, and so did our family and friends! I appreciate them for their prompt, professional, and high-quality service! read more

They have always been nice and given great customer service, it's so refreshing when enduring the arrogance of people from Whole Foods, Rite Aid, Staples, Office Depot and many other places to numerous to list. During this economy and it's ebbs and flows--mostly ebbs!--their CS was and is appreciated. We were about to order business cards online but today decided we'd pay a bit more and go to Joanne's. I tried to get some business cards produced here some years ago, and remember it as a "meh" experience. Mediocre service stands out in my mind. Ok. Not great. read more

My firm is handling a lawsuit which requires printing numerous copies of documents. I called Joanne's for an estimate of a large print order. I got insulted by her snide little comments and attitude. I guess that if you haven't been doing business with them for 8 years or more, then you're not wanted. This place will NEVER see my business! read more

Words can't express our gratitude. Our wedding invitations look great. We are both excited and proud to send them out. We really appreciate the love and time that went into creating such a beautiful invitation. We would definitely recommend this print shop for all your printing needs. Thanks again! read more

If there was a way to make this a negative star review...I definitely would! This is a customer service disaster and I highly recommend using one of the other many print shops in the bay area that don't insult their customers and behave like unprofessional, crude and horrible people. I'm baffled by them being able to stay in business and treat people this way. I'm in the hospitality industry and have never even heard of such poor treatment of potential customers! This place is a complete disaster, totally disorganized, slow turn around time, rude responses and insults to boot. Use gotprint.com or vistaprint.com and get a much cheaper and more professional job! The prices are ridiculous and the treatment is worse. read more

They did my wedding invitations efficiently and exactly the way I wanted them. They were kind and understanding, dealing with a bride's craziness and her need for details and perfection. What an awesome group of women. Support them ! read more

I have used online printing services before but the print jobs never seem to turn out the way that I anticipated. Either the color and/or the weight of the paper and/or finish on the paper weren't what I had in my mind's eye when I thought about the final product. It was always a gamble for me. Getting large print jobs done online was like sending my project and my money into a black hole. I had no idea what the colors, paper quality, paper weight and paper finish would really be like until the project came back. It was always nerve-racking and problematic. So, this time I decided to use Joanne's Print Shop for my large print job. I was thrilled with the service. It wasn't stressful at all because I was able to see and feel the paper and its finish before we ran the job. It was simply good business - they did exactly what they said they would do and finished the job exactly when they promised. When the job came back, it was exactly what was in my mind's eye for the finished product. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them! read more

Made me wait on phone for 10 minutes, and gave me a price that was flat out unreasonable. Go to Fedex for faster service, and a lower cost.

I've been doing business with Joanne's for 8 years and last week was just an example of how pro-service they are. I needed updated business cards for a meeting and had given less than a week's notice. I was really pleased with how they turned out. Professional printing makes a difference. Thanks Dea and Joanne! read more

Joanne's print shop helped with the publication of my book. I found the service reliable and the product incredible. I do not usually post things on YELP - but I need to post this because they went beyond what was expected. THANK YOU! read more

Joanne and Dea, are two of the biggest hearted and hardest working women in town! They are so quick to respond to my stupidly last minute requests and I could not be more grateful to their good humor and patience with me. I drive from Sonoma to have them do my work, as I am guaranteed, every time, a high quality, thoughtful and professional job. Always look forward to seeing them and if they are not too busy, they are great fun to shoot the breeze with...They have done everything from my wedding invites, my late husbands' and brothers' memorial programs, my holiday cards and my difficult business cards...They are truly old school printers! read more
