Though I am not qualified to speak about all of ZIP's services, the times I have had to pay them to make multiple, high-quality print-outs of my own scanned artwork have always been great! Every service rep is knowledgeable about the paper and printing process- no question seems to confound them. Costs of the services are reasonable, especially since their quality of work is so much higher than Staples. Zip Zenith does excellent quality printing. They do a complete and careful job every time. I have now used them for 4 jobs and referred them to our customers and every time they have nailed the job. With quality comes time though, they are not quick, so if you are in a hurry, it will cost you extra. Get your jobs in with 2 weeks to spare and Zip Zenith can't be beat. read more

I went to these folks recently to make copies of survey materials I used for a research project. Their turn around time is lightning quick and their on-line service is intuitive. They've been around for over 30 years and I imagine they'll be around for another 30 if they want to be. The customer service is top notch and they still have the small town friendliness that larger print shops lack. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is superb.
