They made sure that even if our dimensions weren't going to be perfect, it would still look aesthetically pleasing. Wish I could give NEGITIVE stars. This business did the complete opposite of helping me with my printing job, they actually made my situation 10000 TIMES WORSE! When I first called them it was a friday morning, and I was very straight forward in regards to the time frame i needed the job done by. I also informed him i had another company already selected for the job but they couldnt get my project to me until tuesday, so i thought i would check with the local print shops to try to get my job done by monday as i had a very important deadline. The owner John invited me in for a quick consultation, after speaking with him and having a sample printed out, he then informed me he could have the job finished MONDAY AFTERNOON. I thanked him m then proceeded to cancel my order I had on hold at the other place. He then waited until AFTER HOURS LATER THAT DAY(FRIDAY) to randomly send me an Email that said "I think we are going to pass on this job) I literally couldn't believe what I was reading, he ignored all my response emails and then I was left with no options as everywhere had closed for the weekend. So I was completely screwed, and what really angers me is all these companies now days will COMPLETELY SCREW you over then not even care when they get a bad review as if your experience doesn't matter. It's wrong. Save yourself the money time and DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS or you might end up in the same position as me!!!! I'm reporting to the BBB but like he said he doesn't care so if you want somebody who doesn't care about you or your needs this is the place to go read more

The printing they did for me was fine. I found the communication a bit flimsy. I left messages and didn't get a call back. I had to keep calling and never got an accurate price for the job until AFTER the printing was complete. HUH? I spoke to 3 different people and it felt like none of them spoke to each other because each time there didn't seem to be updated notes about where we were in the process. Very nice people, and again the printing was fine, but I would have liked better information as the job progressed. This was the smallest printing job I ever had. read more

I needed some business cards quickly and some artwork created for me as fast as they could. I had two jobs for them and it was a drop in. And I got taken care of completely I now have to really good sets of different business cards that I am totally happy with. They will see me for return business they did exactly as I asked them. I had an unusual printing job for an art installation in my home and these guys were terrific. I walked into their store with a couple of GIFs on a thumb drive, and a few hours later I had three beautiful panels hanging in my home. They went the extra mile for me: they ran a test print before I spent anything. They helped me decide the best materials for the project, and they got it all sized and formatted on their computer. I highly recommend this hole in the wall printing outfit. I needed a brochure and went up the street to a competitor. He told me that brochures are not usually done on 60lb. paper and when he made a copy, it left a horrible crease. He was also very stand offish which turned me off so I left.
