10/10 experience! Trish and John at Fourth Street Press are amazing - extremely supportive, very patient, and helpful with giving us advice on what sizing looked great and matching our tight deadline for printing a brochure. They made sure that even if our dimensions weren't going to be perfect, it would still look aesthetically pleasing. The final brochure turned out beautifully - the colors were vibrant and the quality was excellent. Great vibe, very kind, and local as local as it gets, which shows in the careful attention to detail. Would definitely be coming here for all my workplace printing needs. Thank you, Trish and John! Great conversation and expertise all around. read more

Wish I could give NEGITIVE stars. This business did the complete opposite of helping me with my printing job, they actually made my situation 10000 TIMES WORSE! When I first called them it was a friday morning, and I was very straight forward in regards to the time frame i needed the job done by. I also informed him i had another company already selected for the job but they couldnt get my project to me until tuesday, so i thought i would check with the local print shops to try to get my job done by monday as i had a very important deadline. The owner John invited me in for a quick consultation, after speaking with him and having a sample printed out, he then informed me he could have the job finished MONDAY AFTERNOON. I thanked him m then proceeded to cancel my order I had on hold at the other place. He then waited until AFTER HOURS LATER THAT DAY(FRIDAY) to randomly send me an Email that said "I think we are going to pass on this job) I literally couldn't believe what I was reading, he ignored all my response emails and then I was left with no options as everywhere had closed for the weekend. So I was completely screwed, and what really angers me is all these companies now days will COMPLETELY SCREW you over then not even care when they get a bad review as if your experience doesn't matter. It's wrong. Save yourself the money time and DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS or you might end up in the same position as me!!!! I'm reporting to the BBB but like he said he doesn't care so if you want somebody who doesn't care about you or your needs this is the place to go read more

Great shop run by a lovely couple. Always have helpful advice to make the printed items look best. Thank you!

The printing they did for me was fine. I found the communication a bit flimsy. I left messages and didn't get a call back. I had to keep calling and never got an accurate price for the job until AFTER the printing was complete. HUH? I spoke to 3 different people and it felt like none of them spoke to each other because each time there didn't seem to be updated notes about where we were in the process. Very nice people, and again the printing was fine, but I would have liked better information as the job progressed. This was the smallest printing job I ever had. read more

Fourth Street Press did incredible work on a memorial service program for us! They produced top quality work and competitive prices. I had an unusual printing job for an art installation in my home and these guys were terrific. I walked into their store with a couple of GIFs on a thumb drive, and a few hours later I had three beautiful panels hanging in my home. They went the extra mile for me: they ran a test print before I spent anything. They helped me decide the best materials for the project, and they got it all sized and formatted on their computer. I hardly had to do anything. Oh yeah, the price seemed reasonable too! Next time I need printing I'm going here first. read more

As a friend/volunteer for a local non-profit's 2022 Summer Camps, I had a high-priority and urgent need to create double-sided name badges on a Friday, before the weekend arrived. The company's name ID printer had stopped working, and I needed a speedy solution. I found Fourth Street Press on Yelp, appreciated that it was a local business with good reviews, and called immediately for help. Trish answered the call and listened to my specific needs, the deadline, and gave me clear instructions about the information to email to John for a same-day quote. John sent me a follow-up email within 2 hours and recommended a cost-effective solution that gave me options regarding pricing, depending on adjustments to the volume of the job. I appreciate the care Trish and John took to respond to my small, yet important, project. Thankfully, based on my communications with Fourth Street Press, I discovered a solution I hadn't seen before that allowed me to successfully complete the project myself "in house". I'm confident in Fourth Street Press and impressed by their knowledge and willingness to help with even a small and urgent project. read more

The folks at Fourth Street Press are fantastic. I needed some business cards printed after Vistaprint ruined the design I sent to them, so I came to them hoping for a miracle. They were able to get me my cards, expertly printed, the same day (I was headed to a conference and needed them ASAP)! I was astounded at the quality. They printed a proof for me to confirm, and they were very helpful when I needed to make slight changes to the design. Overall, they're professional, quick, high quality, and I would recommend them to anybody anytime! read more

I highly recommend this hole in the wall printing outfit. I needed a brochure and went up the street to a competitor. He told me that brochures are not usually done on 60lb. paper and when he made a copy, it left a horrible crease. He was also very stand offish which turned me off so I left. Went to 4th street press and they recommended the right paper, did an excellent job, and the folds are without a problem. Rosanne read more
