They made sure that even if our dimensions weren't going to be perfect, it would still look aesthetically pleasing. The final brochure turned out beautifully - the colors were vibrant and the quality was excellent. Great vibe, very kind, and local as local as it gets, which shows in the careful attention to detail. Would definitely be coming here for all my workplace printing needs. Thank you, Trish and John! I highly recommend BPM Reprographics if you need any architectural plans either copied as hard…read morecopies or saved as PDF files. Jasmine went out of her way to be helpful when I brought in some old architectural plans, some of which were copied onto extra large paper, leaving a large white border around the plans. She made sure the plans were cut to normal architectural plan size so that I wouldn't be charged extra for the larger size. Since most architects and engineers use software to draw their plans these days, it can be helpful to provide them with PDF files instead of paper copies. I brought in two flash drives and she saved her files as PDFs on each flash drive so I was able to give one to our structural engineer and keep one for myself for our files. BPM Reprographics has been in business a long time and has worked with many large Marin companies and architects. Their prices are reasonable and they are highly professional and knowledgeable, and efficient.

BPM saved the…read moreday with a difficult print project that absolutely no other business (Fedex, CopyShop) could do: print on vellum. Not only that, she jumped in and helped with my tiny (yet personally important) project- despite being slammed with two other big projects due that following day. I showed up minutes before closing and picked up my prints the next morning. The superb quality of the prints BLOW MY MIND! If it weren't for BPM, I truly don't know what I would have done. The shop is kept clean, the pricing is beyond fair, and the owners are not just experts in their industry - but the most loving and kind hearted couple you'll meet.

Thanks again. =) ----------- It's wild how we're trained out of thinking locally vs using a giant, spammy, no good digital online service! Well, pardon me for being trained poorly by tech, because these people will be my answer forevermore. I needed a two day rush job for a DJ gig at a festival... I was panicked and can't believe this responsibility dropped in my lap. It was not even close to a panic for them. I sent some files that were not large enough... and they simply recreated it for my 5' x 3', sent me proofs, and printed it. They had the colors, fonts, etc... BUT, it's that Tatiana who managed my order was professional, kind, smart, charming, and endlessly helpful. When I went to pick it up, it was superbly crafted, perfectly done, high quality... and for the work they had to do, the coordination and calls, and proofing, then rush printing, etc... it was SO AFFORDABLE. Way way more affordable than I thought it would be. So this is my goto now. Flawless, easy, kind people, and fun, with great value. THANK YOU ALL, ESPECIALLY TATIANA (and the creators!).
