Although I am…read moresure there are other hard working people behind the scenes, Peter is a very efficient and personable guy to deal with. We have been doing home building projects for several years and needing to get plans copied for various contractors giving us quotes, and the permit madness which attaches thereafter. An architect gave us a strong reference to NorthBay, and they were not wrong. I upload my files with some notes, and more often than not, he sends me back a notice "You can pick it up now!" before I am anywhere ready to do so. The occasional quick phone call, "Are you sure you want "X"? I can give you better and cheaper by doing "Y". He has also done a quick turnaround small job or two for us under pressure. I actually look forward to going up to see Peter to pick jobs up and chat for a second before he launches to the next job or the phone. No sweat, no worry, made in the shade......

He was a probably close to 6 foot man over 200 pounds screaming at me because I said if you didn't want me to print a small order why did your wife tell me to go prepare it to print just put a sign on your door that your commercial you're not doing small jobs.! Horrible experience . Good luck anyone . Don't open your mouth to ask a question and you'll be fine .

Shred City ultimately had a better rate for what I wanted to get done so it was a no brainer. They sent me an email to confirm the service and were able to schedule us within a few days, which was even better. My dad is closing his business of 50 years and needed to shred the contents of 26 bankers boxes. The service was completed on 2/18. The driver showed up at my dad's store, shred the contents, left the empty boxes and that was it, a super smooth process! Then I was able to call, make the secure payment over the phone and I promptly received a receipt and Certificate of Destruction. It cost $208 to shred 26 bankers boxes which I thought was fair, especially since it was a mobile service where they came to us. We have more boxes to shred at my parent's house so when my dad is ready I will contact Shred City again to handle that service as well! Great job!

When I went to the US post office to mail some cookies to troops in Afghanistan for Christmas, I was unsuccessful. The US post office is the most miserable, unfriendly place to go to. I swear I think it's a job requirement to be miserable to work at the post office! It was impossible to receive help from a staff member, so I left with the cookies wondering what I would do to send them abroad. Then, I heard from a friend about the Postal Palace. I drove right over, and what a world of a difference! They were extremely helpful in teaching me how to package my cookies so that they didn't crumble during transportation. From the moment I stepped into the Postal Palace, to finishing my packaging and sending it on it's way, they were extremely helpful, friendly and just the best. I will always use them from here on out! Thanks to the Postal Palace, some of our troops can enjoy a part of home while they are away. read more

Just wanted to tell everyone about the Postal Palace. I won a couple items at the local auction house. Needless to say, everywhere I called to arrange shipping that was referred to e by the auction house was trying to really stick it to me, since I live 3000 miles away in Iowa. I didn't know what to do. So I found Pierre at the Postal Palace and I couldn't believe how straight and honest he was with me, not to mention he was at least 30% better on price than his competitors. I might add that he picked up the items (which were worth quite a chunk of change) and he honestly made good on his promises. April 15 is the last day to file taxes, line at the door was a mile away right when John opened the doors with the warmest smile. I was there with two very young kids to get passports done, not one but two. Seeing John navigating guests through was mesmerizing. Early morning, people with piles of papers, million questions and in rush. John remained calm, knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and so professional. I was in that location for the first time, we drove there for 2 hours in early morning with little kids thinking it's the only location taking walk-ins for passports. It appeared to be they are not- mistake in the system but John was the nicest about it, still helped us with everything although he was the only person behind the desk. I was pleasantly surprised he knew majority of guests by the name, greeted them warmly and had everyone in and out of the door in minutes. His attitude, love for his work and their customers made this experience not only pleasant but unforgettable. He truly made an impact on our family and our whole day. Thank you, John!!!
