I guess my way to determine this would be to ask myself: Would I drive past a bunch of other post offices to go to this one? Answer: I would drive past a bunch of other post offices to go to this one. There's only one other bay area post office so far with this distinction, and that's the one next to the Manor shopping center in Pacifica. What these two post offices have in common is that they are small. Like, tiny small. I feel like this gives the agents a chance to really get to know their communities and their customers. They are not simply churning through long, soul-killing lines of strangers while trying to maintain their sanity...they actually have the time and space to look along the line and recognize their regulars. In the meantime, they feel relaxed enough and empowered to make personal connections with new customers. Which brings me to my experience here. My daughter and I only came to this location because it was close to where we were having dinner, but I would go out of my way and pay a bridge toll to return because our agent was so personable and friendly and went out of her way to connect with us. Then, just as we were finishing up, one of her regulars came in. She called out to her customer by name and quickly predicted what she would need. I could tell that the customer felt appreciated and recognized. Can't beat that boss level of multi-tasking.

They have them in other post offices and if you're going to force people who use Click N Ship to wait in line to be inspected, they'll just use UPS. 3. INSTEAD of waiting as the woman said I needed to do (so she can look at my labels), I left and drove to San Rafael where they were positive and helpful in simply taking the packages without a fuss. No line. 4. It's over 80 degrees. Some of us have work to do and standing in line just to hand over packages (heavy ones) that are ready to ship, is not a great way to be efficient. I've been bringing packages to the post office for business for years. Never once has anyone instructed me to stand and wait so my labels could be checked. If I didn't pay enough, bill me the way you always do. I'm not holding my credit card anyway. I've got 20 pounds in packages!

THE COST We got $20 off as a first time customer. Total bill for 4 bags of laundry was $125.44. We got $20 off on the first time customer discount. See attached invoice. It was about $2.25 per pound which is not bad compared to other wash and folds. ADDITIONAL BAG COST They returned our clean and folded laundry in reusable zipper bags. A cost of $12 for 2 bags. These bags have a clear pocket with our info for how we want to wash and fold our clothes for future pick ups. Our laundry bags were returned stuffed inside of the new bags FOLDED AND NICELY PACKED They returned our closed washed and neatly folded and delivered back with reusable laundry bags with zippers. Highly recommend them if you ever feel overwhelmed and don't have time to do your laundry! We will use them again!

ZippGo rents you a certain amount of boxes based on how many rooms/square feet you are moving, and they deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for a move, and they pick them up at the new address. It was easy to schedule and make sure the drop off and pickup worked at an appropriate time. The boxes themselves are sturdy plastic, and the top interlocks so you don't need any packing tape. The boxes fit on top of each other which makes them easy to stack and move. You can also pick box inserts that are designed for plates and glassware which made it so easy to move these items. I would recommend ZippGo in a heartbeat- it made our move faster, easier, and more eco friendly too!

Note that their drivers don't work on Sundays and Mondays, so be sure to schedule your box deliveries in advance.
