We currently give this store top marks for doing yet another notarization with great knowledge and ease. Always fast and super friendly. Something you don't expect from a package and delivery store but I leave smiling every time.

This is a small site but very dependable. You might take a point off because the staff is limited to two registers and they have a lot of customers. But if you have time to wait maybe 10 minutes to get to the desk the results are worth it. This review was prompted by an email I received from Amazon that an item I returned and was credited for didn't arrive at their warehouse, so either send it back or pay for it. Unable neither to send it back twice nor those pieces of paper you get all the time with tedious information like, proof of shipping details, I went back here just after opening and within a five minutes had a printed Notice of Receipt of Shipment. Back on Amazon, and this convinced them they likely misplaced it. It's especially worth going here if you can't stand to keep records of anything, which I can't, having as I do an incurable case of ADHD. Or at least have had this since frying my head in the 70s with one or another of the chemical thrills popular at the time. I'm strictly a learn on the job guy. read more

this place has gone down hill real fast. I came in to have a simple 1 page acknowledgement notorized. I waited in line for a long time while the lady in front of me was shipping a dozen loose items and scanning and paying for each item one by one. When it was finally my turn the cashier guy told me to stand by the table. He then proceeds to help the 2 women behind me while I waited. When the store was completely empty of customers he decided to finally help me. I asked why he helped the two people behind me even though I waited a long time and he said because he didn't know how long my notary would take. I guess he could have asked me? One signature and one thumb print would have taken no time and be a lot quicker than the lady was in front of me that I patiently waited for. His coworker then chimes in "who wants to help you with your bad attitude?" Well I only had the bad attitude until after I experienced unfair customer service! Maybe this place should serve customers in the order they arrive? What a novel concept. These guys have clearly not been trained properly. read more

i had to pee so so badly and the gas station next door was closed and i came in here and asked if i could use their bathroom please just to pee and they said sorry but they keep social security information in there so i can't. why do they keep social security numbers in the bathroom. i almost had an accident because of you people. read more

This location, unlike others I've used, rarely, if ever, answer the phone. Have called over 30 times in the last 5 days and the outgoing message (can't leave one) states if you've called multiple times, email them because it is "easier for them." I find this odd because it needs to be easier for the customer, not them. This all started because I received an email from them saying to call or come in. I'm Oregon so coming in isn't going to work, and calling them doesn't work. Maybe this is a staffing issue, but someone responsible needs to answer the phone. read more

I love this place! On 12/21 I paid to have some gift cards mailed for Xmas, the promise was delivery by 8:30 PM 1/24/19. Well it didn't make it. I called the store 12/26 and spoke with someone who stated just call back once delivered and we will get the info and get you a refund. Once delivered on the 26th I called but it kept going to voicemail. So I called today 12/27 and Anna answered and she informed me it was all taken care of. She let me know it's her business practice to track all orders that miss the mark and it's her practice to take care of the paper work for the refund. Ok I'm stunned, talk about costumer service!!! By far the best UPS store in Marin. Had to get passport photos done, travel documents notarized, and then mail them out express--we were in and out in a flash! We go here for everything, the guys running the shop are always friendly, fast, efficient, super helpful, and transparent with all options available. Running a small business, I have been to many across CA. Living in LA and silicon valley and now Marin. Consistently​ great service. I've received consistently great service here from the folks at the Corte Madera UPS Store. All of the employees have been really great here over the years, even when the store is busy. I've actually had them package up some pretty expensive items for shipping that they did a great job on and it all arrived safe and sound. It's conveniently located on the outer edge of the Town Center Plaza for quick access if you're bring in something big or just dropping off a letter. Plenty of parking out front too. Their prices are a little higher than some other shipping places but their service and positive attitude make it worth it. read more

Above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. I believe the owner's name is Anna, and she showed us so much kindness during a difficult time. Our dog Stella ran out of the house unexpectedly, and I needed to print fliers to post in the neighborhood. I came here to do it, grouchy, irritable and worried about our girl. I initially printed the wrong version of the fliers. They didn't have the words, "please share to Facebook/Next Door" on them. I picked up a pen to start updating the fliers, and Anna said, "Here, hand me some." She helped update all 200 copies. Again, above and beyond. We are so sad that we didn't have the outcome we had hoped for- I found Stella struck by a car on the 101- but have found solace in the kindness that people like Anna have shown us during this journey. Boxes and tape is one of the main things you need from a place like this. I've been using packing tape for 49 years and never have I had such a terrible product as what I bought from this store. It's useless. We threw it all away and went out and bought from a hardware store. Good grief. read more

I showed up with a large box 30 minutes before they opened because I'm a moron and don't know how to read store hours. Large box had a shipping label but needed to be all taped up. Guy was getting the place prepped for the day, taking out garbage and what not said "That's OK, leave it on the counter over there, I'll tape it up (no charge) and ship it out. Can you believe I've been to some packing stores who would make me buy an $8 roll of packing tape instead of just throwing a single strip of tape across the top. Not these guys. They could have told me to piss off, they don't open for 30 minutes, buy some tape. But no, they took care of it. I dont live in Corte Madera but my son's school is in nearby Larkspur. We have consistently used this UPS Store for mailbox services, scanning, photocopies, shipping and now fax jobs since we no longer have our fax. Since I am in the store several times a week, I get to see the consistent customer service that is professional, insightful and efficient. And, there is parking directly out front which is particularly useful if you need to drop off or pick-up a large or heavy shipment. You will not be disappointed. read more

I love this store. I used to put off mailing stuff because the post office was such a chore, I hated it! Now I actually look forward to getting the packages off my desk.
