We have been trying them since 2021, but it only made us lose good opportunities, frustrated our team, and resulted in very few patients using or even receiving their flyers. They keep sending their trainers to the office, but there have been no results. The design of our flyers was terrible, and they never listened to us, claiming they had their own research. They do make good money, but every penny we spent was a waste. Not a single person ever called or came in because of the flyers, and we wasted thousands of dollars. Information is good in changing the way we are all used to thinking in the dental field. However I am at their conference and it's so repetitive they didn't need two days of this. Also they beat around the bush and don't answer direct questions. They sound like used car sales men. I hope they get better at that because as I was told today it's 2020 people don't take a lot of BS! read more

Good luck trying to cancel! Once you're in this cult there seems to be no way out. This company does not even deserve one star. My boss sent snail mail, e-mails and has made phone calls trying to cancel our Chrisad account. They WILL NOT respond. But before wanting to cancel he would get replies. Great way of doing business. Trying to cancel has been going on for well over one month now. He recently received an e-mail asking how our office would like to pay for the new brochures to be sent out. Well.. first off, he never approved a brochure to be sent out. What a joke of a company. We have actually been getting more new patients without sending out their brochures. They are so 1980's looking that it would make our office appear dated, which we definitely are not. Please, please do not sign up with them. Your business and your wallet will regret it. read more

A Chrisad representative reached out to our office and I decided to speak with them about doing some marketing. BIG MISTAKE!! After deciding to go with another, more reputable company, we can't get rid of them!! Despite telling them that we were not interested, we are now being bombarded with emails, flyers, faxes, etc. I have called and sent emails requesting to be taken off their contact list, but it has only seemed to intensify the number of times they reach out to our office. I wish I never took the initial phone call. RUN AWAY if someone reaches out to your office!! read more

I am not sure about the other negative reviews. I would guess they did nothing of what Chrisad suggested, and did not go 100% in with their effort for 100% of the time. My experience? I would be bankrupt without Chrisad, or pretty close to it. They are much more then just a direct mail company. If you want to grow, if you want to roll up your sleeves, put the time in, and most importantly do what they say, you will get the results they promise. The great thing about Chrisad is that they dont ask you to do anything that you cannot do. ANY dentist can implement their strategies, and concepts. But it takes work (YES to the other 1 star review, you WILL have to open until 7PM. What did you think they will wave a magic wand and patients will fill your chair at 2PM so you can go home by 5PM? If so, I have some consulting services to sell you too), dedication, and of course, most importantly, time. My office has grown to nearly triple the revenue from when I purchased it. Lots of sleepless nights, lots of long hours. That I believe is called the sweat equity. So thank you to Chrisad: specifically John, Cory, Daniel, and Chris T for continually pushing myself, my office, and all of the other offices that you partner with to be the most accessible, and ethical offices we can be. Went there couldn't find a parking space when I got into the office it look like it was in disarray . couldn't even find a place to sit down with boxes every where .met for my appointment . I've been working with Chrisad marketing for 25 years and have had consistent results with their brochures. I think the negative reviews are from people that don't want to or cann't do what they say because its hard and it is. I resisted for many years and was comfortable working 9 to 6 but business started to slide. I followed their advice and opened longer hours and long story short now I'm out of the chair and just help to manage the business. I've never had a call not returned from them. I've been to their offices twice and spend hours with them going over my data. They treat me like family. read more

We worked with this company for 2 months. In the beginning they were easy to get a hold of. Their representatives came into the office often. They had us change our office hours which somewhat made sense. They suggested we change our logo and office name which we did NOT do. Our front office was trained once day on how to answer phones the "chrisad" way. Our office was called probably once a week by a Chrisad secret shopper and each time we could spot them from a mile away and it ended up being just an office game of who could get a better score with the secret shopper. Really, the script they want you to follow feels very unnatural. So no we are trying to cancel, the once easy to reach company is now more difficult. We spoke to someone and cancelled yet today received a past due bill in the mail. I called to reconcile the bill and of course, unreachable..... read more

Chrisad is SO much more than a mere direct mail service. Chrisad is the only marketing company that I know of that actually uses market based research when creating logos, external signage and brochures. The brochures use a special set of colors, fonts, images and key works that successfully get potential new and returning customers to call the office. More importantly, Chrisad also teaches its clients how to handle the phones and how to schedule to promote business success. Chrisad offers its clients exclusivity in marketing and its clients have access to an incredible library of written materials and have access to exclusive conferences that are career and life changing. I have been a Chrisad client since 2009. Chrisad designed my office logo, external signage, stationary and of course all of the brochures which are mailed to different areas around my office every 2 weeks. In a terrible economy, my office production has absolutely soared and our production is now 3.5 times what it was when I started with Chrisad. Through Chrisad, we have learned to accommodate a higher volume of patients while maintaining excellent customer service. This year our production goal is $1.8 million and I personally only work 2.5 days per week and have one associate working 5 days per month. This year I am planning to hire another associate and spend even less time at the office. My office will continue to provide excellent dentistry when I am not there. Reviews on my office and staff are almost exclusively 5-star reviews. My office has an excellent reputation in my community. I attribute most of my office success to following Chrisad guidelines that I have learned through attending conferences hosted by Chrisad and through the caring Chrisad team that I have behind me. You cannot judge Chrisad by a few months of service! Direct mail truly works by touching people over a period of time. No direct mail service will show a return on investment with only 2 or 3 months of mailings! You need to give Chrisad at least year before judging whether there is a good return on investment. My office tracks the referral source of new patients and the numbers prove Chrisad is a great investment. Furthermore, as Chrisad teaches, when you actually count the value of the patients who are returning for continuing care over the years, the return on investment is enormous. read more

I worked with Chrisad 15 years ago with good results. Then with a different dental practice about 10 years ago with pretty good results. This last year I worked with them again with horrible results. There was not only no return on investment, but I have accumulated about $20,000 dollars in debt. There direct mail marketing brochure was abismal - with very little results. I added on online scheduling and added before and after work appointments. The only result was an increase in overhead - especially payroll. When things weren't working they wanted me to work Saturdays and Sundays. What ever Corporate dental practices were doing they wanted me to do. What's next 24 hour dentistry at Walmart ? read more
