Well, pardon me for being trained poorly by tech, because these people will be my answer forevermore. I needed a two day rush job for a DJ gig at a festival... I was panicked and can't believe this responsibility dropped in my lap. It was not even close to a panic for them. I sent some files that were not large enough... and they simply recreated it for my 5' x 3', sent me proofs, and printed it. They had the colors, fonts, etc... BUT, it's that Tatiana who managed my order was professional, kind, smart, charming, and endlessly helpful. When I went to pick it up, it was superbly crafted, perfectly done, high quality... and for the work they had to do, the coordination and calls, and proofing, then rush printing, etc... it was SO AFFORDABLE. Way way more affordable than I thought it would be. So this is my goto now. Flawless, easy, kind people, and fun, with great value. THANK YOU ALL, ESPECIALLY TATIANA (and the creators!).
