She was polite and prompt, and took great care of me right for them when I got in there and assured me it would only take a few minutes for them to take care of what I came there to do. And it only took me like five minutes. It was wonderful. And I talked to another customer that felt the same way I did. They also had a very positive experience with this place. They offer a lot in this business center , and it has everything somebody that needs to sort of help for copying and projects. I wanted to laminate some calorie and Health food contents so they were laminated and protected. One of them came out of the machine, which is not too untypical with a little bit of a wave in the plastic and she happily took the item back and ran it through the machine again and it came out nice and smooth and perfect. We would receive 20k copies with printing defects, no customer service... eventually I got fed up and gave PrintLife a call. The are a great, reliable company to take care of your printing needs. I had an emergency print job that needed to be completed on very short notice. PrintLife was able to take care of the job on time and matched the price quote I received from PSPrint and Uprinting. I also order a large amount of catalogs from PrintLife on a regular basis and they always go above and beyond what it takes to keep my business. I have felt that other printing companies just don't appreciate our repeat business, but PrintLife really seems to understand what it takes to win and sustain business relationships. Staff usually not friendly, but today was on another level. The guy working Saturday mornings is incredibly unprofessional. I walked in and was ignored. He was talking with someone (another customer? A friend?) and complaining about customers and using a lot of curse words really loudly. All while I was standing there waiting to be helped. He never once acknowledged me. I just had a drop off but needed a receipt, so I just waited. Then someone else came in and I saw them use the kiosk to drop off a labeled package and they got a receipt from the kiosk. So I went over and did the same thing. But at no point did the employee suggest that I could do that, let alone acknowledge my existence. I hate coming here, and will continue to avoid it if I can.

I can't recommend Renzo and his team enough for their patience, knowledge, and assistance in helping with all printing, shipping, and signage needs. From small to large print and shipping jobs, their Team can handle it all! Overall I think FedEx has a great value for the everyday customer. I've always been satisfied with the finished product and/or never had a complaint with any shipping needs. While the center may get crowded from time to time, the Team always handles every customer with diligence and care. They also have space to connect to the WiFi and work/edit/submit all printing jobs, and sell items you may need for the projects at hand..for example, I recently purchased tape and scissors here when I realized I was in a pinch and needed them on-the-go.
