The main reason I am writing this review is to praise and give thanks to their talented graphic designer, Bob Couillard! He has been incredibly helpful with every project that has ever needed additional assistance, and the past several days he has outdone himself... about 10 emails, 5 phone conversations, and 3 "walk me through it" over-the-phone tutorials later, he has helped me through yet another project. The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.
