I love working with a small business that provides excellent customer service! We needed a parking lot sign and a door sign. I walked in off the street and they helped me right away, talking me through what they needed and giving me color samples to take back to the office. I sent jpegs of the logo and Adam was able to convert it into a vector drawing which saved me so much time. I called in a few times with details and the woman who answered the phone was cheery, friendly, funny and really helpful. She conveyed all the details to Adam (and there were a lot of measurements, so it wasn't a quick conversation). The two signs were made a day or two apart. I'd expect that they would come out when both were done, but they actually came out twice so I'd get the first sign up sooner. They both look great and I didn't even have to be there. It was a pleasant surprise to show up to work and see them all done! So - kudos for Centric signs doing things really right. I would not hesitate to use this business again or to recommend to anyone. I needed a small (24x16) sign made for a door on my business, and needed it done quickly. After an initial not-so-great first visit to Centric Signs, I decided to give them a second chance and they came through for me. The quality was very good, they got it done a day ahead of my deadline and the price was reasonable. I would typically downgrade my rating by at least one star because of the negative initial experience, but because Mike the owner emailed me right away and apologized I kept my rating at five stars. Everyone has a bad day once in a while and I appreciate it when a business cares enough to make the extra effort to correct a mistake. I plan to use Centric Signs again. read more

Excellent business! I had to do a last minute request for a soccer banner (if you know Novato, you know we love soccer - see the annual soccer parade in August for proof). Mike and Adam were very helpful; the upload tool on their website is INCREDIBLY fast and makes file transfer very easy. Our banner looks beautiful - cheaper than another company I contacted in San Rafael, and it's bigger. Their service is also wicked fast - I went in on a Tuesday afternoon to finalize the specs, and received a call the next morning by 10am, telling me the banner was ready. Thanks, guys! read more

Talked to one of their reps on the phone who confirmed they had received the file I had sent them showing what I wanted done. I expressed my need for at least a ball park figure on the job , and received an email from them stating they would get me a price. That is the last I heard from them. read more

Worth working with these folks, even from a distance because once you have your art work and dialogue in place it is easy to re order things as needed. Quality is top notch and turn around times in my experience have been good. Perhaps a little more expensive than some but IMO this type thing (Signage), what your customers see, is not a place to be stingy. read more
