Disappointed. Read a lot of great things about this business online and I was very excited to start a partnership between this business and my business. Sadly every time I called except for the one where I cancelled my order, I was met with very rude resistance as if I was wasting their time. It was an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant experience trying to order the sign that I had in my head for my event. If you're someone who likes to take their time with their financial decisions, stay far away from this place. They will hustle you over the phone, and act like you're inconveniencing them, rather than being accommodating and helpful in the process. And to add insult to injury, very overpriced compared to online services with the same turnover speed. They quoted me $1,200 for two door magnets for a car and offered same day service, telling me I could have everything done that afternoon. So I went back to my office feeling confident. Only to call them and be told a completely different story a week later. They say I have to pay a "rush charge" all of a sudden, and now it's $2400 for two door magnets. No thanks. VistaPrint is charging me $207.81 out the door for two magnets of the same size and quality, and nobody is there to make me uncomfortable or rip me off, done deal. read more

I have used fastsigns in the past for work and had some great experiences. Unfortunately, I've also experienced some missteps which brings their Star quotient down considerably. About a year ago I had them do some lettering on my work van. When I picked it up, all looked good, however my copy "Emergency de-flooding" had been replaced with emergency "RE-flooding". Whoops. No worries, as it was resolved the next business day at no cost to me. When we decided to re-brand our company I uploaded the specifications via the fastsigns website. I got a call telling me to bring the van into the store so they could take measurements which I did. After waiting a few days for pricing I followed up and was told the person who helped me was on vacation and they had no record of the measurements. I returned to the store a second time so they could re-measure. I again waited several days and recieved no call. It was then that I realized that I didnt want to do business with someone that was not interested in doing business with me. I was the one spending the money after all. These guys are good. Really good. Not only did the window decal on my personal training studio come out siiiiiiiiiiick, but everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with was professional, honest, and efficient. Chad is GREAT and will respond promptly to any email request. He tweaked colors and layouts for me a few times until I was jumping for joy with the final product. Scott has been applying decals for over 20 years and did not miss a beat when he did my whole storefront in one hour.
