The speed and quality of their work was incredible. I emailed a SCREENSHOT of a birthday invite design and they managed to turn them into gorgeous invites on card-stock. They had to do some graphic design work as well to make the image fit and it is absolutely seamless. No question we will use them for all future projects. read more

Minuteman Press - Invite - Printing Services Near Me - San Rafael, California

This is our 3rd experience with the Minuteman Press franchise on 3rd Street in San Rafael. I can't overstress how excellent it has been for us to work with Kenny the Manager on a time-sensitive series of print jobs on behalf of an international travel project we are managing. Kenny was always prompt, always accurate and most importantly, always took time to communicate with us on each stage of the project. The quality of his work and the print jobs his office produced was at the highest possible level. We heartily recommend this Minuteman Press office and Kenny! read more

I just really want to give a shout out to Ken and Marianne and the staff at minimum man press of Marin! When it seems that so many companies have let their customer service slide these folks are as great as ever! They turned around a business card printing overnight for me, and did an excellent job, and they even had the artwork from seven years ago still in their system! Well, this was not an urgent print job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for one that is I'm sure they would do an exceptional job. Can't recommend them more highly. read more

These guys got me out of a huge jam today, incredibly fast, reasonable price, and really friendly and pleasant. Special thanks to Emma. I am a customer going forward. Stay safe! Thank you! read more

We had a very positive experience with the Minuteman Press in San Rafael. Mary Ann was tirelessly patient, extremely responsive, made herself available to work through our detailed project just before the holidays and met the delivery she promised while accommodating many iterations and providing valuable feedback throughout the process.  We will certainly work with her again on our next project, and can highly recommend both her stellar customer service and the excellent quality of her work. read more

Writing this as we are in the middle of the 2020 COVID-19 Crises and on shelter in place. We needed some emergency signage for our store, along with some community minded messaging banners. Mary Ann was great tow work with. I found their applications and online systems much better to work with than Staples. And despite what I assume is a challenged supply chain, the items were produced and delivered within days, ahead of my expectations. Top endorsement for the team at MP San Rafael. Thanks for being there for us and our business. Dave read more

I've tried contacting this place about 2 different projects and both times, they either didn't respond to my email without me following up multiple times. Not worth the hassle. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS I placed an order days in advanced and I was told they would be ready on a specific day at a specific time. Well next thing you know, I show up on the day and at the time I was told to go in & when I go up to the counter the lady told me she forgot about my order so she made my wait ONE HOUR TO GET MY BUSINESS CARDS. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME. read more

I own a computer service company in San Rafael and I need printing. Jerry at Minuteman Press does it all. He has done my graphics when I need them. He has made for me envelopes, return envelopes, NCR work order forms and business cards. I am much happier with the quality for the paper he uses compared with the printer I used before. And he delivered it to my shop and at no cost. The service you get from Minuteman Press is better than any printer I have worked with in the past. I love small businesses that take care of me. This is the printer you want to use. read more

Wow. I just used Minuteman Press for the first time to create a custom holiday card for my company. I had no idea where to begin so I searched online for a local printer. From the minute they answered the phone they were on it. They helped me with the size, sent a quote and within a week my cards were ready and perfect. And everyone was so friendly! I'll be using them again for sure! read more

Jerry and everyone at Minuteman Press are fast, convenient, and do quality printing. I work at a company next door, and we use their services for everything from business cards to letterhead, labels to general copies. I had a dream, publish a book of the memoirs of our life in France. This was not a project for Kinko, 414 pages and 600 color photos. With zero knowledge of the publishing business, I discovered Minuteman Press. Mary Ann explained that they could create what could look like a "coffee table" book. She showed me different paper options, made suggestions for the cover, and guided me through the printing process. It took a while, a lot of work on my part, and a huge effort by Mary Ann and Janet, the graphic designer, who solved the complex issues of the cover. To beat the Christmas deadline, Mary Ann stretched her days long into evenings. The result: a spectacular book, way beyond my highest expectation. Thank you, I am forever grateful. read more

I decided to sponsor an event and needed two 4' x 7' banners. I didn't know who could do this on short notice (about a week). I called Jerry to see if he could recommend someone and lo and behold, he said that they do banners! I got the artwork to him on a Tues at 8 am and had the banners in my hand by noon on Thursday. And if that wasn't great enough, the price was only $110 per banner. Minuteman Press comes through AGAIN!! Thanks Jerry! read more

Maryann saved the day with a quick turn around of stickers for my son's wedding favors!!! The ones I ordered were stuck in Reno, NV and we had to scramble to get them done within a few hours! Not only did they copy the design and print them, they did a great job and only charged me $20 for 200 round stickers! Many, many thanks for helping us out in a real pinch! read more

I wish I could give this establishment more than five stars, I was blown away by their patience and helpfulness when I went in to have labels printed for my skincare products. They worked hard to make sure everything was perfect, and the prices are very reasonable. I also came in with my crying toddler, and Mary Ann brought out a stack of colorful paper ends that entertained her while my labels were printed. They go above and beyond for their customers, overall an amazing printing experience! read more

I've had great experiences as a customer at Minuteman Press over the last four years. I have a greeting card business, so I appreciate that Jerry always cuts my paper for a minimal fee. Recently, Jerry generously donated to a fundraiser I organized for a friend who was dying of cancer~ The greeting cards that Jerry made featuring my friend's art were beautiful and brought my friend a great deal of joy before he passed away. If Jerry seems gruff at times, I think it's due to overwhelm~ I feel that he truly has a heart of gold. read more

I will never go back there. The owner needs a major attitude check and the designer has the communication skills of a robot. It was an exhaustive effort to get the simplest order placed. read more

I didn't work with these folks, but I can tell you that they were extremely rude over the phone. I second Sandy's review about the major attitude problem. read more
