I had an issue with delivery that wasn't able to be completed because I was not home. I called and made an inquiry and not only did Chris sort it out for me he even called the next day to make sure I had received my package. That's a biblical level of kindness and caring for your community. I understand sometimes mail is slow, but I'd bet an arm and a leg that most of these bad reviews come from people with entitled and issues who can't comprehend that they can't have everything they want immediately. I hope they learn one day that the world doesn't revolve around them and that workers are people too.

Great service from this post office!…read more Only down side is that the historical and architectural significance of this building is not recognized by it's staff, and there is no presence for the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation -- even though this FLW building is the first built in the Marin County Civic Center complex. You can learn more about it at the neighbouring Civic Center building! It would have been better if FLW Foundation had some postcards for sale, and so that fans of the famous architect could buy souvenirs to support the foundation and post office services! Seems like a BIG miss, when all other FLW-designed buildings would offer this all over the country.

She knew everything and took very careful steps to make sure everything was filled out correctly and properly before we mailed it. She was so instrumental and getting that envelope in the mail today. What a wonderful representative for the Postal Service. And to think that she remembered me being a customer years ago when I lived in the city.
