Parking. Make a right after C Street and before D Street on Third Street.

I came here for the first time and everyone was on a first name basis. Parking lot is off of 3rd Street, before you hit D Street. Everyone is super friendly. Small and efficient. Love this place.

Although I've only visited this location a few times since my move, every encounter has been professional and pleasant. I've had the same gentleman serve me - his name is Bryant - and he's been one of the most friendly and kind fellas I've met. Despite what people may think, being a postal worker ain't easy. I can't imagine rummaging through all that mail - I don't even like sorting through my own junk mail - and ensuring that it arrives at the correct destinations. There are only a few places that the postal service won't deliver to and the places that they do service, they must trek through all types of weather to get there. We stand in line and often times complain about the service, but it sure beats the DMV! Then again, that's a low bar to beat... I've always respected postal workers and am grateful to be able to send and receive mail/packages. How else would we get our Amazon deliveries or the love letters from our significant others (yes, some of us still send letters because we're old souls like that...)? During this particular challenging time, I encourage you to support the people that make our privileges possible. It is a privilege to be able to shop online and click away at our favorite products without having to step outside, knowing they'll arrive right at our doorstep. I encourage you to buy some stamps - Bryant literally went through every design they had in their possession and my inner child decided on a sheet of Hot Wheels. There are so many to choose from, you're bound to find something you'll like. Thank you Bryant for appeasing the kid in me and making every experience enjoyable. Thank you to every postal worker out there and anyone who is involved in the delivery process - where would we be without you all?

Very bad service and the staff were very rude, especially to Hispanics. I went twice and both times it was very bad.:(

I'm happy with this post office and the employees. Some people leaving bad reviews may be unlucky or impatient.

Understaffed yes, but the regular woman I deal with at the counter always goes the extra mile to be helpful and professional.

I was considering USPS, but given their current orders from the White House to intentionally slow delivery of mail, and experiencing issues with USPS every time I need to mail something as well as their lazy workers who flat out refuse to pickup outgoing mail where I live...the lamest excuse on the planet for this was the carrier claiming he is "too short" to properly check the boxes for outgoing mail. Last month I sent out my insurance bill, just to see how long it would take, the nearest sorting center is in Petaluma about a 20 minute drive one way from where I live. Due to the intentional delays, it took USPS 7 days to pickup my mail from their blue street box about a mile and a half from my home, drive it a bit over 20 miles to Petaluma, sort it and drive it back the same way to deliver my mail less than 3 miles from where they picked it up. This BS caused my payments to be late. Fortunately the business dealing with my late payment was understanding and did not add a late fee charge to my account. I'm so glad I chose UPS, they delivered the Santa Rosa packages the next day (today - Thursday). I have little doubt the Colorado package will be delivered before Monday. It used to be that USPS employees took tremendous pride in their efficiency, it did not take much to throw a wrench into that system - no thanks to greedy corrupt officials. I know UPS has had their issues in the past, I don't know about their current reputation, I just hope they continue to bring the A GAME I just experienced. The clerks were friendly and efficient even though they were clearly swamped. Thank you to all the employees who worked so hard to get my packages to their destinations within a remarkable time period to boot! I will return. A big NEW YORK raspberry to USPS!! Neither rain, nor sleet nor snow can keep them from making their deliveries, but a POS President and the head of USPS can and did taint the reputation USPS had going for over a hundred years. Pathetic.
