Essentially they're lazy she said. I've had multiple packages returned to Amazon and I could see that they were tracked to Woodacre and then returned. The distance between the San Geronimoand Woodacre post offices is 1 mile. This is ridiculous and truly the worst service ever. When is the USPS going to update Their services and provide customer service that works with highly functioning organizations like Amazon. Don't get a PO Box here go either to the Woodacre post office or go in town and find another one. You've been warned.

This was like the easiest business transaction I've had in ages…read more I just bought a new couch for my place. But now I had to find a way to get rid of the old couch. What to do? What to do? First, I checked Salvation Army. Unfortunately, the earliest I could schedule a pick-up with them was 2 weeks out. That wasn't going to to. So I decided to do a local Yelp search for furniture pick-up, and I discovered Howard Hauling (with 19 five-star reviews). I gave the owner (Bill) a call, and within 24 hours he was at my doorstep. And if that wasn't good enough, he also brought along a friend who was interested in claiming the couch. The whole service cost me just $35. FYI - the price is contingent upon the size of your furniture and whether or not you need to have it dumped. If I had needed Bill to dispose of my 6 foot couch, it would've cost me $70 (a fee I would have gladly have paid, just for the convenience alone). Long story short, this was the easiest $35 I've ever paid. Bill was super friendly and flexible with pick-up times. I'd highly recommend his service the next time you're in need of furniture disposal or pick-up! Howard Hauling - I'm happy to award you your well-deserved 20th five-star rating.
