Have used them before, but had a terrible experience this time. I was told to sit in a certain place about 30 feet away from the ticket counter to await my shuttle back to Waikiki apartment. ONE HOUR later, I was still waiting, along with a European couple who had also been told to wait there. The guy at the counter who sold me the ticket claimed they called me numerous times, but no one came over and I heard nothing (had no headsets on or anything). He even claimed to have gone outside to look..but not 30 feet away where YOU told us to go? No one EVER apologized. The three people behind the counter said "You can get refunded at anytime",. which they repeated several times, when I asked why they didn't just walk over to where THEY told us to sit.That's not an acceptable answer when one has paid for & is waiting for their shuttle. I called the local office, spoke to a supervisor, and asked for a refund or voucher after my bad experience. She claimed she could give me neither, which can't possibly be true. She referred me to a national customer email for Speedi Shuttle. I sent them an email about my experience and never heard one word back two weeks later. There are other shuttle companies and I'm going away again next week and have already booked my shuttles in & out of Waikiki with another company. Poor, poor service. read more

I only needed a 1-way trip from my hotel in Waikiki to the Honolulu airport. I read up on shuttle / taxi options to the airport and SpeediShuttle is pretty much the cheapest option out there, including Uber and Lyft. They are able to have the cheapest ride (about fifteen dollars for me) because you share your ride with others in a Mercedes van. I was the second passenger to get picked up and we hit up another 3-4 hotels after my pickup. It took me about 50 minutes from the time of my pickup to be dropped off at the airport. Other shuttle services advertise direct rides without having to share the ride, but they cost more (25-35 dollars for one way - although that may be for multiple people). As a single traveler willing to get up early and wait while others were picked up, SpeediShuttle was my cheapest option, and they got me to the airport with ample time to spare. read more

In all my years of travelling and using airport shuttle services around the world, i have never experienced such a terrible service. We arranged for 11am pick up today from our oahu hotel to honulu airport and they changed it to 1130am without informing us... which is fine. The contact number was unreachable and we desperately tried calling since 9am. Finally we walked to the marriott hotel speedi shuttle desk to enquire personally. So it was 11.30am for 2pm flight. We waited till 12.20pm. We called them 3 times and the lady was rude and told us to keep waiting. 5 mins turned to 20 to 50 mins. If anyone wants to catch their flights on time, i suggest you do not use them ever. We almost missed our flight. They deserve a minus star. The driver was rude and unapologetic as well. read more

Take a cab! Upon arrival (late at night) we were met with a surly clerk, told to sit in the bus and then waited half an hour in case others arrived. Upon return to the airport, the driver arrived at out hotel on time, but didn't bother to put a step to aid in boarding the bus. being neither young nor too sprightly, I ended up slipping as I tried to mount the step into the bus, banged my leg very badly - not a word was spoken, no apology. It is week later and I still have a badly bruised leg and an open cut. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Tuesday May 19 our driver "Mike" picked up my family in front of our house on the west side of Oahu to take us to the airport. He arrived early, and eagerly assisted us with with all our luggage, strollers and car seats. I was astounded by his extreme caution on the H-1 that morning, considering the usual accidents, stops and delays. I have never traveled that stretch of highway, in all the years that I have lived here, with such reassurance that I was 100% safe with Mike at the wheel. He had my Grandchildren in his care and I cannot be more grateful. read more

I cannot believe that this company is still in business. They overcharge and are not reliable. If you goto Waikiki - please be aware that there is a TAXI flat rate $29 from the airport to anywhere in Waikiki. Take the taxi, it's so much more reliable. We purchased a round trip speedishuttle, and when it came time to be picked up to go to,the airport, they never showed. We waited until the last minute, we had the front desk call and check and NO SIGN of the shuttle. When I called to get reimbursed, they claimed that the shuttle was there and we didn't show. Well, they had my cell number and they never called. After calling back several times to clear this up, they stopped taking my calls. They just stopped and never called me. read more

Terrible service, and not reliable schedule at all. Our bus is 15 mins late and the booking agency recommended a pretty late time when we book it, not mentioning there is actually a 30 mins window for the bus to arrive. When we called the agency, it took forever for some one to pick it up and the lady who answered the call was really rude and make the trip even worse. I took a SpeediShuttle up in Seattle, WA (from Sea-Tac Airport to downtown Seattle hotel) and it couldn't have been better! The representative was waiting in the terminal with a sign and actually actively looking for me upon arrival; Derek (the driver) was very courteous and personable; the van was clean and comfortable. There were 6 in the van and the stops were very close to each other. Efficiently ran operation up there in Seattle. read more

I have no problems with SpeediShuttle although I read about the many complaints I purposely did not book anything until I arrived at the airport in Honolulu. I took the SpeediShuttle to my hotel and they asked me when I am returning to the airport. I decided to book it and at the scheduled time for pick up everything went well (10 minutes late, but that ok) and we arrived at the airport with enough time to check in etc. read more

We had a great experience with Speedi Shuttle! We had a stretch limo booked for most of our party (which was a surprise). We had two really nice greeters waiting for us when we arrived. This was great and a relief since we were 2 hours behind due to terrible winter weather in Denver. They walked us over to baggage claim, chatted and pointed out great birds and plants and Diamond Head on the short walk over. They got a big cart and waited at baggage claim for us, and took care of ALL of our bags. With our carry-ons and checked bags for a week we had a lot. They loaded us in the limo, which was waiting and clean and nice and cool. Our driver, Bob, was super great. He was nice and great with the kids. The quality of the limo was very nice. it was updated and upkept and not worn and dated inside. We got the a/c going and played with the music and enjoyed the light show while driving to our resort. There was a hiccup with the shuttle that the remainder of our party was taking....but they dealt with it well, and quickly. They thought they were going to be on a private shuttle but they weren't, they were on one that stops at several places and didn't even go to our resort (in Ko Olina). We needed to arrive together to check into the resort. There was no private shuttle available, so the rest of the party took a taxi, which was quite expensive for just the two of them and no bags. Speedi Shuttle promptly refunded the shuttle money they had paid. We did not request additional compensation, that seemed unnecessary. We also got a call about an hour after we had gotten to the resort that they were bringing us a bag that had been left in the trunk (a small black carryon in the bottom of the dark trunk, totally understandable!). They brought it right over without complaint. For the ride home, all of us were booked with a big Mercedes 15(?) passenger van. It was clean and new and very nice inside. The seats were comfortable, as was the temperature. The driver was on time and incredibly friendly, and even helped us get a skycap at the airport for curbside bag check since we had several small children that were incredibly tired (we were catching a red-eye at 11PM). We had just the right amount of time from the point of pickup to make it to the airport in normal traffic, get checked in, go through security, and not have to wait forever at the gate. we would definitely book them if we headed down there again, read more

We decided to purchase a round trip ticket with them as their counter was right in front of the baggage carousel. Ticket cost around $30 return each. We booked our return shuttle and waited a bit before we were led to our shuttle. Not sure why we were waiting seeing as all the passengers and the driver were all waiting around the counter. Eventually we got on our way and then stopped outside international arrivals where they then forced more people in to the bus by making a Dad sit with his 4 year old kid on his lap jammed into a bus seat. By the time we made all our stops it took over an hr and a half to get to our accommodation. On the return trip both of our shuttles were 35-40mins late and this was only after we had to ring them on both occasions. They even lied to us and told us they had been past and we weren't there even though we were outside 20 mins early. Worst shuttle company I have ever used. Just get a taxi instead and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this atrocious company. read more

First off I would like to say that SpeediShuttle have been satisfactorily in the past when I was still living in the dorms at Uh Manoa, but since I moved to my new apartment the driver didn't even arrive to pick me up. On Dec 10, I was supposed to be picked up at 7pm to go to the airport. Unfortunately, after waiting till 7:30 the driver has still not arrived. I called the office and was told that the driver was 10 mins away and that I should wait downstairs. So I went downstairs and waited for another half hour with no driver in site! During this time I continuously called the office but no one answered the phone. By this time it was already 8pm and I was going to be late to my flight, so I called a Lyft to the airport. I'm severely disappointed that SpeediShuttle hadn't contact me about the matter. I made it to my destination eventually but I'm a just upset that not only did I lose the money I put down for the shuttle but that I also almost missed my plane. I don't recommend for anyone to order this shuttle service since the drivers don't seem to know the locations of Oahu very well. read more

When I saw their stand at the baggage area of HNL I asked about transport to my hotel in Waikiki. They asked which one, I looked up the name & address & gave it to them The lady quoted me a rate for 1 way & said it would be 10% less for round trip. I paid for round trip with credit card & was given directions to other end of terminal to catch van. After waiting 15 min we left. My hotel was first stop. I'd never stayed there before so off I got, collected my bag & went into the hotel. The van left. Hotel had no record of my reservation. I was at the Hawaiian Prince Hotel, not the Waikiki Prince Hotel. This Hawaiian Prince wasn't on same street as mine, in fact it was an additional $14 taxi ride to my hotel. I've called SpeediShuttle 3 times regarding this to ask for a refund & once to let them know their pick up point for my return is incorrect. I've left 3 messages for manager & have not had a call back. When they called me about the message I left ref incorrect pickup point they asked where to pick me up & I repeated my desire to receive reimbursement for the taxi before I committed to being picked up. They told me the Mgr would call. I'll now dispute the entire charge with AmEx since I was not taken where I paid to be & Mgr will not call back. I will do the polite thing & let them know I won't be at the pick up point since it isn't my hotel. They made it right & I adjusted rating. Pick up was on time & ride to airport prompt. read more

Seemed like a decent price, but I guess you get what you pay for. Dispatch sold us the round trip ticket telling us that the driver was on site. 30 min later, we started boarding. By that time we could have taken a cab. We arranged our pickup time based on their recomendations, but the driver arrived late, and the driver took extra passengers en route. Great for them, but slowed us down. If you are in a rush, or just tired, spend the extra $20 we would have spent to get the two of us a cab each way. Our drivers were nice, but the service overall is on the level of a city bus system. read more

I've used Speedishuttle a couple times and overall the experience is good. Drivers are nice, but the people working the desk at the airport are hit or miss. I had one person charge me for two trips even though I only booked a one way. Speedishuttle reversed the double charge - but I have no idea how the mistake was made. read more

Alohaaaahh!!!!!! Got off a six hour flight and was met by a speedi shuttle attendant who kept us waiting around pre baggage claim for the entire flight to exit. This meant we were last at the baggage claim. This equals about three people away from the bags trying to cram in trying to see if your luggage has come out. Didn't receive instruction on what to do after we got our bags. Eventually figured out where they had hidden themselves. Had three bus attendants loading bags with no way to know who was going where. Got the bags to the right bus driver, who then "led" us to our bus. After a six hour flight I was so stiff and sore that I couldn't keep up with him. He nearly lost half his passengers. Loaded the luggage quite speedily, unfortunately damaging some in the process. Loaded the passengers into a vans with with too many seats. Practically had to climb over people to get to first available seat. Sam, our driver, the proceeded to prove that speed limits are more of a suggestion in hawaii. We passed several other speedishuttles in what I can only assume was some sort of private drag race. read more

Reading the other reviews, looks like we aren't alone in having a long wait at Honolulu International Airport. We finally left 1-1/2 hours after our flight arrived from the mainland. I think it's because we're locals and live in Kaneohe. SpeediShuttle used its shuttles to take passengers to Waikiki first, and then returned for us after they were all taken care of. Not cool when the reservation said we need to "allow up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time for the shuttle to arrive." There is a big difference between a wait time of 15 minutes and 1-1/2 hours. read more

When we arrived at the airport, they were VERY polite and helpful. Staff made sure we were taken care of and directed us to our shuttle. Getting picked up from the hotel to go back to the airport....that was a different story. Pickup was scheduled for 9 pm. We had called that morning to confirm the time and location of the pickup and were told that it would at 9 pm in the lobby. We got to the curb at 8:45 just to be sure they didn't come early and leave us (as I had read bad reviews). We waiting until 9:25 and they still weren't there. I asked one of the valet's from the hotel if that was was where speedishuttle picked up and he said yes. We explained to him that they were late, and he asked us if we'd already paid them. Unfortunately we had. He told us that happened a lot. I went to the front desk and got someone to call them for us and was told that the shuttle was still five hotels down the beach picking people up and would get to us in a few minutes. The shuttle did not arrive until after 9:40. A forty minute delay is unacceptable when one is trying to catch a plane. The driver was unapologetic and did not say a word about being late or thank us for our patience or anything. It could have been much worse (as I have read in other reviews) but still it was not good either! read more

Speedi Shuttle seems to have their system going smoothly now between the HNL airport and Waikiki. A Speedi Shuttle employee was waiting for me at baggage claim, escorted me to my van and off we went to Waikiki. Pick up and return to the airport went seamlessly too. Arrived Hawaii with Speedishuttle reservation...had to wait in hot van for 40 minutes for other passengers...when we got to my building, driver parked at the corner and wouldn't turn into my street or take me to the door...said it was "off his route and he couldn't do it"...yet I have been dropped off and picked up by Speedishuttle there dozens of times in the past two years. I had to large pieces of luggage so when I got out of the van I told the driver that I'd keep his three dollar tip which I had right in my hand since I had to schlep my luggage around the corner and down to the front door of my building. He really didn't care at all. People on the van were remarking what a terrible driver he seemed to be. That's it for me and Speedishuttle in Honolulu...never again. read more

However, on the return to the airport, they did not show up so we gave them a call but the phone line was busy.....We ended up catching a taxi. It was terrible. VERY RUDE STAFF AND HOPELESS COMPANY, DO NOT USE We have just returned to Australia after our Honeymoon in Honolulu. We booked through Expedia for return airport transfers who passed the booking onto another company Diamond Vacations who then use Speedi Shuttle. I called SpeediShuttle direct the day before we left Australia to confirm the pick up at Honolulu airport (after being told twice by Diamond Head Vacations that we had to confirm with you direct) I was told by SpeediShuttle we were listed and everything was fine for our pick up. However when we arrived in Honolulu It took us nearly 2 hours to get taken to our hotel as SpeediShuttle staff told us we were not listed. The first lady from SpeediShuttle we saw said we were on her list and we saw my name on the list and she handed us over to a man and another lady for our leigh greeting (that we had paid extra for) however they both did not have us on their lists and were incredibly rude about it and despite the fact we were on the other staff members list they both refused to check with her or allow us on any of their buses, after I pushed the subject (and after we watched stacks of other tourists get put on buses) the staff radioed the office and told us to wait until they heard back,this took well over 30 minutes with no news so I called the office myself (which is an international call for me) and was greeted by another very rude staff member at the SpeediShuttle office who was no help at all and told me I should be speaking to Diamond Head Vacations (despite that Diamond Head AND SpeediShuttle telling me the day before to go straight to see the Speedishuttle Staff at the airport). Eventually after nearly 2 hours and no help at all from the SpeediShuttle office, they also never got back to the staff either, a representative from Expedia came over and fixed it in 2 minutes by getting us a limo to apologize and giving us our leighs. However this was to little to late as we were both so upset but the way we had been treated and the shocking rudeness of the SpeediShuttle staff. This was our first impression of Honolulu and we wanted to go straight home as we were so poorly welcomed into the country. We also had issues reconfirming our return airport transfer, I called the day we arrived and they again did not have us on the list to come back to the airport as expedia did not give the information, so they added us and I was told pick up would be 8:45am but they could not tell me where your shuttle would get us from at the hotel and I was told to ask reception. I called again the day before we left and reconfirmed again, I was told 8:45am and still the pick up point was not made clear and I was rudely told again to ask reception. I received a call from another of SpeediShuttle's rude staff members the afternoon before we left and she said 8:30am and was very rude when I said that twice their other staff had said 8:45am. We asked reception where you pick up from at the hotel, at this time I would like to point out to you that when reception found out who our transfer was with SpeediShuttle she was rolled her eyes and was disappointed and advised us that was a huge mistake and explained how bad they are and how they up on a regular basis with bookings and had even done so to her many years ago before she moved there. We waited at least 20 minutes before the disputed 8:30am pick up time and we were picked up at 8:43am so had been standing there waiting for over half and hour. When we were picked up the SpeediShuttle member/shuttle driver was so rude and threw our bags in the car and didn't say anything else to us, when we arrived at the airport he threw ours and everyones suits cases out of the van and onto the road. When we did not tip him, he had been so rude and did not deserve one, he mumbled derogatory remarks about us being stupid foreigners and continued to yell out "UUMMMMM THANKYOU SIR, THANK YOU, HELLO THANK YOU" over and over again at my husband. He was so rude we were shocked. They made our Honeymoon stressful and upsetting and was not a great way to be greated to Honolulu. I would strongly advise anyone to not use this company in Oahu and be aware other companies as a few use them also, check before booking. read more

Terrible! Website says 15 minutes from checking in to boarding bus. First one showed up in 25 mins - FULL. 6 more passed us by (two of them EMPTY). After 45 minutes one show up - for 12 passengers. By then there were about 25 of us waiting. During all this time no one would answer their phone. read more

Arrived to Honolulu airport with my wife and 3 young kids. We had pre-reserved a private shuttle. We arrived at 5:35pm and no one was around to find us so we walked outside to find someone. The email they sent said there would be someone with a sign with our last name, there wasn't. We waited for 55 minutes and finally our shuttle showed up. The desk people were trying but were helpless. We called the office numerous times and they were not helpful at all. When the driver showed up he was very friendly and apologetic. We didn't take it out on him because ultimately it wasn't his fault. He was very friendly and I enjoyed he conversation with him. The driver on the return trip was early and nice. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the kind drivers. read more

Terrible experience. They give you a discount if you make a round trip reservation, but if you don't cancel withiin 24 hours, they charge you for both trips. I did cancel well before the time limit but they charged me for both trips anyway. when I called to straighten it out, they couldn't and I had to deal with the credit card company on my own. They refused to do anything to help even though they acknowledged the error. I call this fraud. Also, when calling they always put you on hold and when they do answer, they are very unprofessional. If you end up being forced to use this service, don't make a reservation or pay in advance. read more
