I found "Darren" on Yelp and saw all 5-star reviews and contacted him to install my CCTV cameras. It turns out that it's worth every penny. He was very professional and polite and did an excellent job. It turns out that the electricians in my new house installed the PoE connection all wrong and Darren went above my expectations and fixed the connection and I forgot to mention that he rented a ladder from Home-depot and a truck just to install my cameras and only charged me for what Home-depot was billing him. My family started to experience connectivity issues around the house. The signal strength was intermittent upstairs and my son's game console was disconnecting even though it is connected directly to the router with an ethernet cable. I chose Spectrum7 Communications based on the great reviews. I schedule an onsite consultation with Darren. He was polite, professional and on time. He even gave us the consideration of removing his shoes. We spoke about what we were experiencing and what I had done thus far. He reviewed the layout of the house and check the signal strength of the WiFi and hard line from the router. He replaced an ethernet line that ran from the router downstairs to an upstairs bedroom with a Cat6 and made recommendations for improving the Wifi signal strength upstairs. He didn't try and up sale us on anything. The solution was actually something I could do myself. He reviewed the options with me online and showed me what to purchase and explained how to make the connections. A honest businessman, that's a plus. After he completed running the new ethernet line from downstairs to upstairs he cleaned up after himself leaving our house as it was before he arrived.
