    Let me tell you that Nojan is da man!…read more We redid our family room and moved the location of our tv to our new built-in cabinets. I needed the satellite cable rerouted and brought through the wall and also wanted all the cables from the satellite box and Xbox fished through the wall from the cabinet so they wouldn't show. I asked him if he was able to run an Ethernet cable from my router in the front of the house into my crawl space and into back room for the tv. "No problem!" He asks me if I wanted an Ethernet switch so that I can also have it hooked up to the Xbox. Hell yes! He had the switch in his truck already, along with the coax and Ethernet cable and connections. 1 cable for 2 different devices, who would've thunk it. After several days with this setup l have to say EVERYONE SHOULD GET THIS DONE FOR INFINITELY BETTER NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO AND GAMING. No more wonky WiFi delays and buffering. Highest definition streaming videos. According to my son, online gaming lag disappears. Nojan has been doing this for 30+ years. He's nice. He's polite. He's tidy. He did everything I asked for and offered upgrades to things I didn't know existed. And his prices are beyond reasonable. $$$ :)

I was previously with another provider whose service constantly dropped, so I had high expectations for both the install and the setup. Justin exceeded them. He was friendly, extremely polite, and very respectful of my property. He worked neatly, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was done right the first time. He even wiped down the attic door to remove fingerprints before leaving. I am OSHA 30 certified and have worked as a foreman, so I pay close attention to how people work. I could tell immediately that he was highly experienced and worked safely at all times. He used the proper ladder for each part of the job and rotated through three ladders, two extension ladders outside and one A frame ladder inside, which showed real professionalism and attention to safety. It is rare to get an installer who really listens, works safely, and takes pride in the quality of their work. If you get Justin for your install, you are in great hands.

After reviewing proposals by the other two bidders, I could already tell that the other two were both lacking in terms of product knowledge and creativity. Don, however, spent time asking questions about exactly what our vision of the perfect home was (relative to internet, music, security and all) and how we spent our time on each low volt supported time of service. Only after that did he begin proposing ideas and then he put forward his fairest price. We did a major renovation and had the opportunity to pre-wire and our goal was lightning fast internet capability in every corner of the house as well as music and security camera zones that were well thought out as well. We got all of this and more from Don and his outstanding team. Henry and Ishmail were excellent installers and consultants and were so courteous and helpful that we miss their visits. The highlight for me, other than the outstanding service we received, was that they helped me for the first time in my life get a truly universal remote (including Apple TV and everything else). I used to always have just one system or function not perform via previous universal remotes, but we now have everything very nicely on one remote, including our Apple and all other devices. Further, we can control all cameras and music with ease on our phones. Lastly, Don has gotten right back to us on all subsequent questions and special requests...thank you!

As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

This week a great technician named Vic came out to our home to replace all of my batteries and update the firmware on my system. He was very friendly, efficient, and informative. He explained everything to me and made the process incredibly fast and easy. I could not ask for a better experience. I appreciate how responsive San Marino Security has always been to my needs. They always respond very quickly and their customer service really stands out from most other companies. I can't say enough good things about them. Despite it being a very long process, Mason was very kind and patient throughout process. Even ensuring that my phone was working 100% before letting me leave the door (as I clearly would've left without testing). I felt the help from Mason was attentive and super helpful. On Sept 19, 2025 I completed & drop off a simple device trade-in for a promotion with Jennifer T . Because the staff failed to process the return correctly, I am now being charged the full price of the phone.. I have already spent 4 hours on the phone with Customer Service , yet the billing error remains uncorrected I returned today Jan 9 , 2026 around 6:15 PM to fix this. The Assistant Manager, Enrique as he says his names ; but I believe his name is Aris , was sitting in the back and showed zero concern for the situation. Despite this being a store-level error, he didn't even bother to open a Hyla Inquiry or a Clarity Ticket to track the missing device. He simply handed me a proof of delivery, told me "this is all I can do," and sent me on my way. I had to go the route of escalating to AT&T legal department Notice of Dispute & The AT&T Office of the President, it had to go this way ? Really? It is unacceptable that I am stuck fixing a mess created by this store while management refuses to use the basic tools at their disposal to help. Avoid this location if you expect any accountability. Just a MESS !
