This is the most professional spectrum by far that I have ever walked into. I was immediately greeted and directed to sign in. I was then called less than a minute after waiting and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The upkeep of the store is immaculate with a full waiting area equipped with many TVs and couches. I was very comfortable and completely satisfied. read more

I have been a time Warner customer for 15 yrs and was paying 156.00 a month, Spectrum buys them and advertises there prices will be better and I am now paying 216.00 a month. My package is expiring so called asked about offers you see great offer on TV those aren't for you. Plus during Pandemic they're raising my rates they don't really care ! so anyone got any suggestions because my TV pixels my TV turns off itself sometime. They told me I have to turn it off to get the memory so it will function properly and not pixel so why should I pay more for a service that isn't that great in the first place. With Spectrum my internet bill has jumped to $77.99 per month. I was paying $52.99 a month with Time Warner. When I called in to see what happened, the best they offered was $69.99 for 100mbps. Their website offers new customers $44.99 for the same 100mbps. Sucks! read more

Spectrum is by far the worst provider my family has ever had. In regards to 4mo of Internet & tv: Wifi: Worst we've ever had. My devices will disconnect at random times in the house and either take a long time to reconnect or I have to restart my device. The wifi is slow, and connection is often 1 bar throughout the house. On top of this, for some reason we have 2 wifi connections, 1 of which will not let my phone connect even with the correct password that connects on my tablet & computer. The wifi connection is so slow I often must switch between the 2 when I use the Internet/watch online content. As soon as we switched to Spectrum my devices refuse to connect to my Google Chromecast, which had no issue until we got a new internet provider. I cannot stress my family's frustrations enough. TV: We have a premium channel package and yet the channel selection is bland in my opinion. The only thing I like about it is the good on demand selection and large DVR space. The tv's response lags quite a bit compared to our previous provider. Overall, Spectrum is NOT a good provider. The past 2 we've had, Spectrum & Frontier, have terrible service (Frontier in particular has very bad customer service). If you are looking for very fast & reliable TV & Internet: Verizon Fios is the way to go. read more

I knew it was the cable modem dying (worked in hi-tech mfg for 40 years), and the tech showed up early and got me up and running seven minutes after my scheduled appointment. I've had Charter Spectrum for about two years At the time they were offering $100 a month with HD, HBO and Showtime for 3 years. . I also had 50 Mbps Internet and a phone number. It's a great deal, however you get what you pay for. I'm ready to dump them. I've contacted them on several occasions for issues with connectivity on my cable. It freezes while I'm watching a program, not just any specific channel. Certain channels constantly get pixelated. I contacted them when they started offering 100 Mbps Internet for everyone, they never contacted me to offer this. I they came out and replaced my modem. Since, I was also having problems they replaced my boxes and replaced cabling. The problem with channels freezing and pixelation got worse and persists. I had not posted anything because I thought the problem would get resolved, not yet. No more Spectrum!! read more

I was told when I signed up we should go with the bundle and could downgrade services we didn't want after 35 days, that way we could receive the bundle price. After 2 mo. we called to stop tbe phone had avery unpleasant guy tell us it would cost us more to drop the phone.Obviously we were blatantly lied to. I had many dealing with time warner, traveled alot signed up then discontinued service, after 2 or 3 months several times Never a problem, but who ever is running the company now must be a relation to the same pepple in charge of Wells Fargo. Honestly the worst internet/cable company I've ever used. I only use them because I can't use any other provider in 29 Palms, California and the quality of their product is poor at best. The "50Mbs" speeds that I'm paying $65.00+ a month for? Yeah I get 12Mbs AT BEST. Connectivity issues are a daily thing. I constantly find myself beyond frustrated trying to do anything on the internet because of the terrible speeds. If you try to watch a youtube video on your phone on wifi while someone is hooked up via ethernet and tries to play an online game? You're out of luck. Have fun disconnecting and arguing with your roomates (housemates, etc.) over who is and isn't using up the little bandwith this service provides.... read more

I was trying so hard NOT to write any review because I knew I would be wasting my time on this stupid company. But as of today I am fed up with their service and their harassing phone calls. I recently had a service (intelligent home) added to my account without my permission. As I attempted to solve this billing issue I have received a total of (9) automated calls from TWC telling me that they would try to reach me at another time because they want to know how my experience with their service and or service call was. NINE times in 4 days. First I didn't order the service and have spoke with billing to get it removed. When I call back the 888 number I get someone in another country using voice over IP and is has a bad connection. Bottom line is try to fine anybody else you can to get TV or internet service before deciding on TWC, I know based on reviews that it seems there is NOT a single provided that has stellar reviews but I can promise you that the reviews for TWC (Moreno Valley) are true to form. I'm only giving Time Warner 1 star because there aren't marks for us having many negative encounters. I have accompanied my mother to Time Warner every month since May. My mother ordered a security system and was promised a gift card for ordering. My mom went on vacation in June and when she got back in July she was told that her payments weren't made. Since Time Warner processes checks at their registers, they give the scanned check back to you, stapled on a receipt. My mom presents this to them in July and they keep telling her she has not made payments. Time Warner placed my mom on Check Systems and was told that in order for her to get her name off, she had to go to her bank to resolve the issue. Mind you, my mom has perfect credit. No negatives, never ever has she been on Check Systems, never late paying bills, etc etc. Her bank was pretty upset that Time Warner did that to her, so they provided copies of bank statements showing all the times Time Warner processed my mom's payments by check and that the money was taken out monthly. Long story short, my mom was told she wasn't getting the Visa gift card promised to her since she was "late" making her monthly payments. She is still trying to get her name cleared from Check Systems! I accompanied her to Time Warner one last time to return all their equipment. The man assisting us didn't understand why my mom was canceling service. She told him about the check issue, how rude the salespeople were, how she kept getting the run around, how the salespeople told her to call Corporate and fix it herself, or how they told her to speak to the manager, who never seemed to be there. My mom was in the Frederick st office at least once a week since July! If you live in Moreno Valley, I suggest maybe going with AT&T u verse, Dish Network, Direct TV, and Frontier. Stay FAR AWAY from Time Warner (now Spectrum)! read more

Went in on a Saturday to return my boxes. There was a long line and Bernie one of the reps (assuming she was starting her shift) came in and started helping this lady not even 2 minutes after assisting the lady she steps away to take care of a personal call on her cell phone and left the lady waiting for almost 5 minutes. About 15 to 20 minutes later the reps daughter shows up. She closes her station and takes her daughter to a side computer so she can access the computer. So unprofessional. Mind you it was a LONG line and only 2 other ladies helping the customers. I felt that she had no consideration for anyone there. Very BAD customer service. The truth is. .. you rarely can ever access your DVR from any device. ..in fact it's almost never! They also advertise that you can watch you channels on the go...it's nothing good, no baseball, or football and if you're not on your home network you loose pretty much anything you would watvh. I switch from frontier to spectrum on a promotion with business speed internet because of the cost difference nearly half the price I was paying. So far I have regretted every moment of it. My internet hardly works never mind going at business speeds. My daughter is always kicked off her chrome book for school so her attendance now looks terrible. My ring camera isn't connected most of the time because of this issue, leaving my house unsecured. I've had spectrum come out several times as well as spending numerous hours on the phone trouble shooting, hours that I don't have as a busy working single parent. Despite all this I still have connection issues. When the speed check has internet to work it says in the 50'smpm range instead of the 400mpm im paying for. So "business internet" is a joke lol but not laughing. The cable is a whole other issue. Constantly lagging and rebooting, you can watch a show for two hours and miss the whole ending because of this lagging issue..... extremely annoying. The guide is very inaccurate shows stated don't match with what's really showing. This is by far the worst service I've ever paid for. Just had to write this to the people of Moreno valley and the pepole or person in charge of the Spectrum office in Moreno valley located off of Fredrick street. I have been with cable from from Adelphia to Comcast to Time Warner in now currently spectrum. I called over the phone and they were not very helpful in any way to save me any money that I was paying over $250 a month for the past 3 years. I went into the office located off of Fredrick Street in Moreno valley to return all of my equipment and get aboard DirecTV or FiOS or whoever else there could possibly be away from Spectrum. Put my name on to be called up. I was called out by one of the representatives named Stephen. Stephen was very helpful treating me like a person and giving the respect for being a loyal long-term customer and save me more money that I ever thought I could have. He showed me all the ways that I could actually save money and got my bill down from $250 all the way down to $130. Keeping all the bundles that I currently have and getting more for my money. Then I returned with all my extra modem boxes that I no longer needed and Chris G help me out and it was a quick and easy process and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Warning stay away from time Warner!!!! Vary bad cable/Internet services, me and my family have had time Warner Cable/Internet every since we moved into are new home which is about a year and a half. When we first got it its was pretty good but after about 5 or 6 month of having their services the Internet constantly drop in and out multiple times a day for about an hour or two each time.. and frequently at times the WiFi/Internet would cut off so much or just stop work for a day or two making it so you had absolutely no WiFi/Internet at all leaving me to have to sit I'm my house after working 12 to 13 hour shift to watch the paint dry on my walls of my home. At this point I'm basically paying them good money for absolutely nothing in return, I find time Warner services and customer service to be lackluster and totally terrible please hid this warning and reframe from doing business with these guys I promise you, you will regret it... you have been warned!!!!! read more
