Poor service! To many customers and not enough staff to help! Almost one hr wait time! The quality of helping customers is poor, maybe this is why this location is rated poorly!

Omg!! If you want a place to sit and reflect on your life choices, come and sign in at Spectrum. I had to pick up some equipment this fine Saturday morning. I signed in at 10:53 am. The wait has been ridiculously long, and you have 3 long winded employees helping 1 customer. They stop for a second to read the room and tell you that you're going to wait even longer. The list of names on their prompter is like purgatory, you're praying you can get off that list and your name is called. No one is in a hurry when you get paid by the hour and by not by the customer. They've started calling names and one man says my name is next... response well we're waiting for XYZ to show up. Man walks away and then they call his name. You can't make this stuff up!! My battery was at 100% now it's at 32% and I'm still waiting, the time is now 12:01 pm. The natives are restless, kids crying, and running around, parents looking defeated. They took their kids outside to stand in the heat as not to disturb everyone. Shame!! It's now 12:25 my battery is at 18% . They brought in 2 more reps and the people who left 40 minutes ago have been resurrected, and have gotten in front of everyone. It's a vicious cycle. I would leave but I need the equipment. Seems that there has to be a better way. Maybe they are slow because their Internet is slow? It's all starting to make sense! Whelp, my name was called at 12:48!! I rejoiced and did a praise dance to the counter. They couldn't find the order I placed online days ago, but Francisco got it straightened it out, and I was on my way out the door at 1:08. While I was being helped I think I coined a new word "Turtlenet"! All I can do is laugh, this is not how I expected to spend my morning and afternoon. I just have to remember that God is good and this might have been a test for the patience I've been praying for!!

Been waiting here nearly an hour and a half to return my equipment This is nonsense 8 stations and only 2 are manned Ridiculous Should be an in and out process What a pitiful business practice

No one wants to serve you.

If you come plan to wait !! Not enough staff for the amount of ppl that come in . SMH . Even with an appointment you will end up waiting .

Recently went in to get a new iPhone 17 Pro max. I had a iPhone 14 pro max 256gb phone in which I…read moreowed $66.00 on. He told me I could just upgrade they would pay the balance and I can turn it in and get a trade in value for the phone. What the tech failed to tell me was 1. if I paid the phone off, I could trade it in and get $100 credit plus the trade in value. He told me I could just upgrade I would not have to pay the 66.00 balance. 2. When I turned in the phone Assurant, the company that gives you the trade in gave me 67.00 credit. If I was to have kept the phone, I could have sold it on the secondary market for $250-$400. Remember this was a Pro Max with upgraded memory. So I could have paid the $66 and either got the $100 trade in plus the value or sold it myself for much more money. I called customer service and explained the situation and they said they understand but I would have to go back to Spectrum location and try to resolve it there. I went to this location and explained the situation and first was told that they have no say in what the value of the trade in is so they are not responsible for that. I need to call assurant and speak to them. Good luck getting an actual person on the phone at assurant, I still haven't been able to reach a person to see how they determined the value of my old phone. My suggestion is that if your phone is almost paid off, pay it off and sell it on the secondary market as you'll get 3 to 4 times more than what Assurant will give you. I must say I have been a customer with Spectrum for many years and up to this point have been happy with the quality of their service and their customer service. The only positive note I can say about this incident is that the phone customer service ladies I dealt with were amazing. Listened to my problem and were not only empathetic but truly wanted to resolve my problem. Hope I can get a proper resolution to this issue.

Requested to cancel due to moving and got a voicemail to schedule a day to shut off service and pick up equipment. Been a whole 24 hours since the voicemail and I have not had a chance to call them back and come home to no service and locked out of my account. Mind you I still have a couple weeks until what would've been my next bill. So I paid for the WHOLE month not a couple weeks. Didn't even give me a chance to set the cancellation up to correspond with my move. Would not recommend ever! You have not made several attempts to reach me I will gladly screen shot the one phone call I received.

Please refrain from this company Martin doesn't care about good service just your money for horrid internet that can't even load tv. To reply to your sarcasm, not that you deserve it of course we contacted the "facility" and it's just the internet you provide is garbage. Us and our other family members are already changing Internet providers. We have EVERY right to post a review. We don't need you to contact us anymore. It was a terrible experience both through you and through the service provided.
