    This the worst store out there. I ordered a phone on line to be picked up at the store and I called…read moreto see when it would be ready a man said that they got the order and had to wait fir it to be processed and that he would keep an eye on it. Only about 15 to 20 minutes went by and I received an email and a phone from the store stated that I could pick it up at anytime. I proceeded to go yo the store before they closed and got there about 10 minutes before I tried to use the express puck up and it would not work. I went to my car to get my ID so I could go into the store and pick it up. As there was a lady leaving the store the door would not open and the assistant manger opened the door to let her out with the door still open i trued to explain that the express pick up was not working and if she could take a minute to help me get my phone out of there she stated that once her door is locked she can not open it but the door was open as she was speaking to me. I explained to her that my current phone would only work in safe mode and I have 3 24hr businesses to run and needed my new phone, she stated that she could not help me and shut the door in my face. I have numerous lines with Verizon and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and was buying a new phone at cost as they stated that there was no promotion available fir the phone that I needed to run my business. I still went ahead and ordered the phone with a rep over the phine who was able to get the order put in with enough time as I needed to get it ASAP and could not wait for it to be shipped. This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service and will never recommend going with Verizon or to shop at thus store. I hope that the owner of the store sees this with a reply so that they know what kind of people they have representing there business. I am a business owner and would never treat customers this way. If you are looking into getting Verizon service don't I will be looking for a different one myself. If they aloud a negative on a review there would not be a number bug enough that could justify this treatment. Also when you speak to customer service then are just as bad as the staff in the store is when they tell you to go to your local store and have them see if they can fix it and being told we were never have done repairs in this store so I dont know why they would tell you that but we could sell you phone and that was from the manager himself.

(recommend going to havelock instead, they actually help (Eliza)). when we first got there, long hair and glasses was playing a game on his phone, while talking to us. he put it away when my screen protector was almost done. ended up doing a fine job with the screen protector and went to lunch. the other guy started helping reconnect my watch i've had for years back to my new phone. he had to pull up google and took 2 hours to not do anything but put an additional hour security delay on my watch that i ended up doing at home. my husband got a new watch when we set up the acct at the other store. and he ended up taking that line off his watch, put it on my old watch and was trying to get it to work when we didn't want my husbands watch touched in the first place. messed up so my husband couldn't see the calls on his watch anymore. he set up a new line for my watch telling me i'd be saving my promotion on a temporary line and since they didn't have it in store (and we just moved here for military, and we don't have our house yet so i didn't want it sent to a hotel) we had to go to another store anyways to finish the transaction. but because he added the line to save the promotion, no charge on that day, when i went to the other store to finish the transaction for upgrading my watch, i would've had to pay for the watch cuz he didn't explain the phone credits you have on your acct. and i would've had to pay a fee to fix what we did. PLUS 10$ a month just to hold the line as temporary. the store in havelock (eliza) ended up helping me cancel that line, fixed my husbands watch, and fully explained what i had on my acct so we could properly understand what we're paying for. SAVE YOUR TIME DONT GO HERE.
