Maintenance requests take weeks to resolve if even answered in the first place. The gym is tiny and is often locked so you can't get in after hours. I pay a lot of money for the extras aka smart features here that don't even work and no discount has been offered. Cable is included but only one cable box is allowed so you can only have it in one room. Overall..way overpriced. I'm surprised I am the first to review because many other tenants are saying the same thing. The apartments are new and nice looking but the things they claim to offer and why you would pay the higher rent do not work.
