They are NOT KIND to cancellers, kept me on the phone for over an hour just to frustrate, annoy and upsell. "Do you want a discount? Would you like to try our phone service? Please hold...sorry for the hold, I can give you even better discount... oh, did I mention our phone service... we've had you so long and would hate to lose you...are you sure"... this went on and on. They kept me on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. I finally flipped my lid and told them to cancel everything and I don't want to hear the upsells. So they not only provide horrible service but they are a PAIN IN THE ##$ to cancel. If you like having a headache, give them your business.

Needless to say, we received a bill William $139.62 after the fact of giving Dan the technician our check because HE LOST IT. However, the company is giving excuses - that these things happen. *we have routing number and checking account number floating around somewhere! I give Sudden Link one star for ineptitude. 13 days later - the box was giving V52 and C133 code errors and internet connection. We called customer service and we verified name, information but the rep wanted a PIN...why? We didn't even get a PIN nor was told that a PIN was required to have your TiVo box sent a reset signal. Well, the tech did NOT show up for his appointment which a two hours window from 4-6 pm. Called customer service and have no idea where our tech is or even when he will arrive at our house. Update: so after speaking with a manger - it was booked for today - Friday, Sep.7th but the Dallas office booked it with the technician for Saturday, Sep.8th from 4-6 PM.

I was about to go to another store in Jacksonville. The only reason I went to T-mobile was because of Elon Musks Satellite co-operation within the next year or so. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES take care of them before 14 days are up otherwise the store manager does not want to hear about it.

I have been trying to transfer my elderly mother's phone to a different carrier for 4 days now. She lives by herself and without her phone she has no way to contact anyone in case of an emergency. I attempted to transfer her service on 4/17. I followed all the steps, got a transfer pin from T-moble, even paid the bogus $87.59 balance they said was still on the phone (even though the phone was paid in full when it was purchased). On 4/17 I was told the transfer was blocked because the esim was lock. So I called t-mobile and requested it be unlocked. They said it would take 72 hours. that's 72 hours my mother is without a phone and the ability to contact anyone or anyone to contact her. I called T-moble on Monday 4/20 to request the status of the unlock and it was as if I was starting from complete scratch. I am convinced this is the worst run (at least from a support perspective) company around. DO NOT - WHATEVER YOU DO - DO BUSINESS T-MOBILE. And don't waste your time thinking you'll go into the store and get any better service. The heavy set troll that works in the room behind the showroom if absolutely useless and will say anything. Everything they said about my business account was false.

I initially purchased an iPhone 16 from this location along with a screen protector and case. The…read moresales representative quickly swiped my card and dismissed me. This is the first Verizon who did not even offer to help put on the screen protector I purchased from them. However, the real issue was they were so quick to swipe my card and dismiss me from their store that they did not even transfer my number from my old phone or help me set up my sims card. This is all while knowing I was unable to use or access my old phone. Since I had a 24hr EMS shift the next morning I spent the next few days unable to call or contact anyone until I could make it back to the Verizon store. When I returned, the staff appeared irritated and did not seem happy about providing service. When I had to return for a fourth time because not all of my contacts had transferred to the new phone they initially said I would have to spend $40 if I wanted their help. Keep in mind I had already spent over $400 at this location and had to return four different times. Safe to say this is the worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with customer service and do not recommend anyone to get a phone from here. They are quick to swipe your card and do not take the time to make sure you have everything set up the way you need.
