The service we received from Carteret Tech was nothing short of exceptional. I reached out late on a Friday night and was onsite troubleshooting our issues within an hour. Our property was a tech disaster zone until Carteret Tech came to the rescue. We were dealing with WiFi issues galore - dead zones, constant disconnects, you name it. On top of that, our office computers were riddled with issues that brought our operations to a crawl. When we called Carteret Tech, their technician was super knowledgeable and got to work right away. They upgraded our entire WiFi setup to a new system that finally gave us full, strong coverage everywhere on the property. No more frustrated complaints! Not only did they fix our WiFi problems, but Carteret Tech also did a deep clean of our computer systems. They got rid of those nasty viruses and shored up our security to prevent future infections. The "fix" won't allow security updates to install and when you try to reload Windows 11 in the "fix it" section, it says the machine won't support W11. Hot and cold with replying and in spite of numerous screen shots to support my concerns, and a letter from Dell support, he blows it off as "sounds like they're trying to sell you a new computer." (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept.
