They designed my comedy website and it brings lots of hits and is loved by everyone. Wherever I provide the website, everyone states it is impressive (this is the word they state on the first go). All of them are unknown to the Blue Crater Team. The people who review the site have a background in IT, technology and what not. Even those without an IT background, those with different sets of eyes also look at the site and still they love it. That is a standing example of great, proven work. People like Chris Dow and Alicia Dow - AK - make a true difference. They work hard, including weekends. They strive for excellence. AK is highly artistic and creative. She has created many logos, flyers and videos for events and the Sai Sharan non-profit organization in an amazing fashion. Highly recommend.

Her professionalism and brilliant ability to produce quality work within a short timeline saw us quickly become an ongoing client. Alicia's aptitude to tackle any task in such a vivacious manner resulted in us briefing The Blue Crater with a wider variety of work. Chris is a brilliant copy writer and we have been using him on all our conference and presentation work. Both Chris and Alicia have written all the copy for our newly launched website which is a fabulous result. To say I am happy is an understatement twofold - I always receive a first class job and I can concentrate on the strategical side of the business by outsourcing the creative jobs that previously took up much of my time. Simply put.....Alicia and Chris have quickly become an extended arm of the Bongiorno Group. We see them not as suppliers but part of the Bongiorno family who think 'Bongiorno' without having to be asked. This in itself is a very rare quality, the fact that I know they 'just get it!' time and time again makes Blue Crater my Go To creative company. Recommend them? - doing so already with no hesitation! We started working together and one of the most interesting things about his company, is that you get a videotapes message telling you what he's been doing for your business. If you don't follow everything he's talking about, you can just play it again. I learned SO much from those messages! I started working with him in January of 2017, and i'm very happy that I did. My business has expanded and I know it's because of his skills, getting my company in front of the right customers online. Hiring a pro is worth it, because I want to focus on taking wedding pictures, not online marketing! I can't say enough good things about working with Search Engine Ninja, my experience has been excellent.

In May 2017 we paid $2,000 to have Joe Validus perform SEO services for my retail business only to receive notice 4 months later that he was unable to fufill the services and was terminating our contract with the promise of a full refund within 30 days. This came after months of my sending weekly emails asking for a status update on the services. I received limited replies with the exception of generic video messages that did not specifically address nor were tailored to my business. We are still awaiting a refund.

Everything was not only clean but orderly. Very detailed cleaning not just surface level. Pricing: Very reasonable compared to other local quotes I received.
