The Process My name…read moreis Jose Herrera. I am an Independent Consultant in the field of mental health and security. My work and mission has been to create a biocogntive infrastructure to mitigate suicide, upgrade our mental health paradigm and cultivate resilience within the Veteran and Operational community's. In 2022 I joined The Institute for Love and Time (TILT) as a program manager. TILT is a 501(c)(3) "that is committed to providing evidence-based, non-addictive, humane technologies and tools that allow people to have a deeper and more loving connection with themselves over time - and from that place learn to create a healthier and more positive future." As a program manager I am in charge of facilitating and assisting with getting a flagship technology called Time Machine into the Veteran and Operational community. The Time Machine app "is a self-guided web-based healing tool used by individuals for psychological healing and rebuilding trust. This scientifically vetted product fosters unconditional love using mental time travel exercises." I like to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude to Mike and the team at CROATAN Films. As someone who is passionate about improving mental health and resilience within the Veteran and Operational community, I was thrilled to collaborate with them on creating a video promoting the Time Machine app. From the start, Mike was incredibly accommodating and flexible, and his professionalism and patience were truly outstanding. He made the process of creating the video easy and comfortable, guiding me through the scripting process and putting me at ease in front of the camera during the interview process. What truly sets Mike and his team apart, however, is their dedication to going above and beyond what was initially agreed upon. Mike personally used the Time Machine app and was inspired by its impact, leading him to extend the video beyond its intended two-minute length. The final product is a beautiful and intimate portrayal of the reality of war and the positive impact that scalable tools like Time Machine can have. In short, I have never been so pleased with the quality of experience and end result of a project as I am with the work that CROATAN Films produced. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional work they delivered, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional, humble, and detail-oriented team to produce a masterpiece for their intended audience. Exceptional cleaning service!…read more This is a top notch cleaning service. They continuously provide outstanding attention to detail and thorough cleaning of our home. Initially, I needed a professional deep cleaning. I was impressed with my discussion with the owner, Bryan. He provided a quote and I hired his team to go for it. It was an efficient and incredibly thorough job. We couldn't be happier with the results! After the deep cleaning, I realized I should hire Kracken Home Services for my go-to regular cleaners. They now send a quality team of cleaners and take exceptional care of our home on a scheduled basis. I enjoy working with them. I highly recommend Kracken for anyone seeking reliable and high-quality cleaning. They are the real deal!!!!!

I reached…read moreout to a cleaning service so my house would be ready and clean for a much needed weekend away. Let me begin by saying the owner responded quickly to the request of the job and showed up the date they said they would. However, obvious spots were missed with a simple swing of a vacuum &/or dust cloth. The dust & dirt that were left behind were completely obvious, I am talking elementary level. Upon discovering this I called to ask about getting a partial refund but the owner wanted to send someone back out so I could point out the issues. At that point I was completely disappointed & already there and could do it myself, second, I shouldn't have to point out what was missed, it should have been handled the first time. The owner was completely unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. I was taken advantage of, there's no other way to explain. Never again, Bryan Collison & Kraken cleaners, nope.

They designed my comedy website and it brings lots of hits and is loved by everyone. Wherever I provide the website, everyone states it is impressive (this is the word they state on the first go). Even those without an IT background, those with different sets of eyes also look at the site and still they love it. That is a standing example of great, proven work. People like Chris Dow and Alicia Dow - AK - make a true difference. They work hard, including weekends. They strive for excellence. AK is highly artistic and creative. Chris is a brilliant copy writer and we have been using him on all our conference and presentation work. Both Chris and Alicia have written all the copy for our newly launched website which is a fabulous result. To say I am happy is an understatement twofold - I always receive a first class job and I can concentrate on the strategical side of the business by outsourcing the creative jobs that previously took up much of my time. Simply put.....Alicia and Chris have quickly become an extended arm of the Bongiorno Group.
