The Process
My name is Jose Herrera. I am an Independent Consultant in the field of mental health and security. My work and mission has been to create a biocogntive infrastructure to mitigate suicide, upgrade our mental health paradigm and cultivate resilience within the Veteran and Operational community's. In 2022 I joined The Institute for Love and Time (TILT) as a program manager. TILT is a 501(c)(3) "that is committed to providing evidence-based, non-addictive, humane technologies and tools that allow people to have a deeper and more loving connection with themselves over time - and from that place learn to create a healthier and more positive future." As a program manager I am in charge of facilitating and assisting with getting a flagship technology called Time Machine into the Veteran and Operational community. The Time Machine app "is a self-guided web-based healing tool used by individuals for psychological healing and rebuilding trust. This scientifically vetted product fosters unconditional love using mental time travel exercises."
I like to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude to Mike and the team at CROATAN Films. As someone who is passionate about improving mental health and resilience within the Veteran and Operational community, I was thrilled to collaborate with them on creating a video promoting the Time Machine app.
From the start, Mike was incredibly accommodating and flexible, and his professionalism and patience were truly outstanding. He made the process of creating the video easy and comfortable, guiding me through the scripting process and putting me at ease in front of the camera during the interview process.
What truly sets Mike and his team apart, however, is their dedication to going above and beyond what was initially agreed upon. Mike personally used the Time Machine app and was inspired by its impact, leading him to extend the video beyond its intended two-minute length. The final product is a beautiful and intimate portrayal of the reality of war and the positive impact that scalable tools like Time Machine can have.
In short, I have never been so pleased with the quality of experience and end result of a project as I am with the work that CROATAN Films produced. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional work they delivered, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional, humble, and detail-oriented team to produce a masterpiece for their intended audience.
Semper Fidelis
