ACS recovered about 90% of the data on the bad drive, installed new units and transferred the files to them. They had the computer for less than a week and the price including the drives was less than $400! This time, the (proprietary) Dell power supply failed They found one instantly for almost $400, called me, sai that was a ridiculous price and they wanted to keep looking! The next day they called aa=gain and said they'd found one for $75.00 but it would take a week to get here. I'd also found a new one with a warranty on line for the same price and told them about it. They said "go for it". It arrived yesterday, I brought it to them today, and it was installed and tested while I waited! Then they said they were not going to charge me! I insisted on paying and left as one pleased customer! Great job guys!

They designed my comedy website and it brings lots of hits and is loved by everyone. Wherever I provide the website, everyone states it is impressive (this is the word they state on the first go). All of them are unknown to the Blue Crater Team. The people who review the site have a background in IT, technology and what not. Even those without an IT background, those with different sets of eyes also look at the site and still they love it. That is a standing example of great, proven work. People like Chris Dow and Alicia Dow - AK - make a true difference. They work hard, including weekends. They strive for excellence. AK is highly artistic and creative. She has created many logos, flyers and videos for events and the Sai Sharan non-profit organization in an amazing fashion. Highly recommend.

Her professionalism and brilliant ability to produce quality work within a short timeline saw us quickly become an ongoing client. Chris is a brilliant copy writer and we have been using him on all our conference and presentation work. Both Chris and Alicia have written all the copy for our newly launched website which is a fabulous result. To say I am happy is an understatement twofold - I always receive a first class job and I can concentrate on the strategical side of the business by outsourcing the creative jobs that previously took up much of my time. Simply put.....Alicia and Chris have quickly become an extended arm of the Bongiorno Group. We see them not as suppliers but part of the Bongiorno family who think 'Bongiorno' without having to be asked. This in itself is a very rare quality, the fact that I know they 'just get it!' time and time again makes Blue Crater my Go To creative company. Recommend them? - doing so already with no hesitation! I got a dozen mailers from different law firms a few days after my ticket and called every single one of them. All of them said the exact same thing and all promised the exact same resolution. One attorney recommended talking with Mr. Crowe and personally vouched for him, saying he was the "absolute best attorney in the area and had been practicing law in the community longer than most". I called Mr. Crowe and I noticed he asked a different set of questions and the conversation went very differently than the conversations I had with all the other lawyers. The other lawyers seemed more interested in getting hired whereas Mr. Crowe seemed more interested in seeing how he could help me. During the conversation he was asking me questions to find angles in my matter that other attorneys didn't even bother looking for and I hadn't even thought of. But, by the end of the conversation, it was just a simple speeding ticket and in the end Mr. Crowe got me the outcome he said he would probably get. I didn't have to go back to Atlantic Beach or anything and the whole process was as simple as emailing them back a form. If anyone I know was ever in need of some legal help in Eastern Carolina though - speeding ticket or something far more serious - Mr. Crowe would be the first call I would recommend they make. Really appreciated his professionalism and dedication to ensuring my best interests were served.

I happen to be in New Bern and decided to run by the Batteries Plus there and get the battery replaced. I also had another new watch that I needed to get a lifetime battery for as well so I had the tech in New Bern replace both batteries. After the weekend the water got into the one watch behind the Crystal so I took it into the Morehead city office. And Chris graciously took the watch apart kept it overnight, dried it out and then resealed the watch properly. She said that the watch was only hand tightened and barely attached. Also, the battery for the lifetime marking was not marked, even though they have it on the records, it still wasn't marked so if I had to have a battery replaced out of this area, they wouldn't have a record of it. So I suggested I bring the other watch in the newer watch and have her check it, and of course, the back was not tightened, and the battery also was not marked and she sealed the watch and mark the battery for me. Can't say enough about how great Chris has been to help me with this situation to avoid a moisture invasion into a brand new watch thank you, Cris.
