I had the option to send the cap back and wait another eight weeks, or they offered me a small discount to keep the cap, but also have the same warranty. I agreed. Three months after purchase the adhesive holding the window to the handle seperated. I contacted the dealership, sent them photos and they were going to contact ARE. The response was minimal and the final response stated that ARE was sending the parts and that they would send me the tracking number once received. Several weeks later, emails and phone calls go unaddressed. I contacted ARE and they have no record of any parts being shipped. ARE told me to go to another dealer for the warranty work.

They charged an exorbitant amount to replace my alternator and battery (battery was 2 months old)…read moreand on top of that did not tighten the alternator enough. I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Once I tightened it myself, some of the codes went away. Still feeling with residual electrical problems from that. Bad business these guys. STAY AWAY!

When my husband reached out as well, instead of offering to check it or stand behind the product, he simply told us to go buy new batteries. Now we're heading into another summer season and still have a golf cart that doesn't work. Very frustrating experience, especially considering how quickly communication dropped off after the sale. I would not recommend based on the lack of support and accountability.
