Large order embroidery summary:…read more Great customer service, excellent product, flawless execution. I've used The Monogram Shop two years in a row now for our program's department fleeces. Mila was fast at returning emails for quotes. Pricing was very reasonable; for name and dept, two lines = $8 each. She helped pick the color of thread and type font that looked the most professional. Turn around time each time for ~20 items was 1 week. Everything was perfect! I wash my fleece twice a week, and after 1.5 years, the embroidery color and stitching is still perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to personalize an item with embroidery.

I made my first purchase of a beautiful green skirt and there was a dressing room to ensure I had the correct size for myself. The owner greeted me with a smile and was very nice to chat with about her store and her exciting business plans as she has just recently opened and is a first time business owner. The store has awesome selections, there is second hand, and some brand new choices as well. Roses are Blue has definitely been keeping up with the fashion trends and have great selections like Y2K or 90s fashion as well. Unlike the other review I have seen on Google, there is clothing for all sizes, it was in either the new/Unused, or consignment racks, and the owner even talked about getting plus sizes in the future. I definitely think this business is very inclusive and is a great addition to our Historical Downtown Area. I overall had a great time shopping here and I am super excited to go shop again soon.

Full disclosure - I'm not a good fabric shopper, and these kind of stores typically overwhelm me…read morewith the abundance of textile styles, colors, and weights. In need of seven yards of fabric to re-upholster a chair, I found myself at Artee Fabrics & Home on the recommendation of the man doing the work. On entering, my mom and I were warmly greeted by Jasmine, who showed us around the store, explaining the layout and how to find what we were seeking. Please note: the store is laid out by colors, not weights or types of fabric, so it helps to know your color scheme if you want to save time. After spending a good 20-30 minutes perusing the aisles, and seeing many beautiful options, I narrowed my selections to half a dozen. Then Nancy stepped in to assist, snipping swatches while I went back and forth before deciding on a suitable fabric. After making my final decision, I opted to purchase 3/4 yard to take home to make sure the colors worked in the room. (Worst case, I had enough for a pillow or a barstool.) Once I confirmed my selection worked, I simply called Artee and ordered the remaining yards needed. Jasmine and Nancy are great to work with, and I can definitely recommend their lovely store.
