Car was in an accident and we came here thinking it was a good local shop we could give our business to. It started off great, with the owner working with us and giving us a quote and saying his guys could do the work. Two weeks later we were told by and assistant the car was done and ready to be picked up, we would just have to wait til Monday because the boss was out of town and they did not have pricing. No problem, at least the car is fixed for us. Monday rolls around and we stop by to see it again and suddenly the quoted price has doubled, and nothing was done to the car, it was still put back not even running. We were also given a bunch of different excuses each time we spoke to them. We paid Weston's over 1k for a car that still doesn't run and will still have to pay for more to be done to it. Needless to say we took the car to a better more reputable shop. Lesson learned. read more

Bait & switch, both in terms of price and time required. The "2 day wait for parts, then complete repairs in 3 days" (five days total) turned into three weeks. Rental car cost an additional $340 as a result. Then, they discovered things they had missed in the original estimate and the price went up by $500. Finally, the newly installed parts are loose and flopping. I will take to another shop to get the job completed right. Will not go back again. They took amazing care of my vehicle after I had a sunroof problem that the Chevrolet dealership worsened when I originally took it there to have it looked at. The owner himself at Weston's Auto Body was able to put a temporary fix on my sunroof the same day I walked in until the part they ordered came in. It only took two days for the part to arrive and I had my vehicle fixed in less than four hours in which other places had told me double the time and literally over one thousand dollars more for the price! They even provided me with transportation to and from work that day. The entire staff was professional, polite and all around good people to be around and do business with. I took my car to them for repairs as my car was damages due to a deer running out at my car. While I had full coverage to have my car repaired and they would work with me on my $500 deductible. The day I picked my car up i noticed my alarm system and my locks didn't work. They said they would take care of it what needed to be fixed. And they had a 90 day warrant on all repair work and the paint job was a 5 yr warranty. Couple days prior to me picking up my car i called to check on the work on my car because they were suppose to call me when they took my car apart along with letting me see the parts they were placing on my car. and they never did. Well I decide to due a surprise stop to check on my car and they didn't seem to thrilled of me doing so. And i had noticed they had took my my back tail light off and my trunk was taken off my car (there was no damages to the back of my car) which 2 days later notice there was water in my back tail light and water in my front headlight. They had car parts lying in my back sit. And they put a another door that was damaged on the front passenger door. Poor paint job to work that need to be repair as there was small spots of paint missing in some areas. My mirror on passengers side isn't installed properly and the seal wasn't placed in. Along with other problems that need fixing that they failed to do properly. I've been 3 times as I have had scheduled appointment with them and have taken off from work for them to fix these problems as they promised. Now they refused to fixed. My 3 attempt was 2 weeks ago when they had me sitting in there job for over 3 hrs. And Wayne (one of the workers took off with my car without telling me he was doing so and was gone for over an hour and still didn't fix my car. Meanwhile they didn't know I was recording them during our conversations. Now theu refuse to fix their mistakes. I am now looking to file a law suit against them at this point. BEWARE read more

today i took my truck into their business for a estimate for a fender bender and he gave me a (back to brand new) estimate and helped me to pull bumper from body and tried to straighten the bumper all for free ,it's almost as good as before at no cost, you don't get many businesses that will do that and he was nice about it. read more
